NM and Enchant I'm not scum reading exactly no
I just don't think their votes are particularly likely to be accurate
and I don't think the reasons for scum reading PP are good

I just looked at the votes. The progression still doesn't make sense.
Scumreads Junko and votes her ->
tells Junko to not self-vote
and unvotes-> votes later again.
You don't tell people you scumread to unvote themselves. You do that to townreads, and nullreads, but not scumreads.
