Anyway. Kudos to Messiah for making a more or less spot-on case. I could have technically defended by using the timeline of posts to argue I wasn't being technically contradictory, but such an effort would have been a royal pain in the ass and would only incite more argument in which I would get the short stick.

I was so happy blending in D1 with all the twitter posting. And then Fitz spoke up, and then Messiah made his slot much better (not that Matias was bad, but his power of persuasion was low)

You shouldn't ever use it to speculate on roles over play (and I'm super guilty of this since I tend to set-up spec like crazy). Dry deserved to get lynched for his play, not for claiming to be a miller. Similarly, town 1-shot BP's DO sometimes get told they were shot. it's happened before in games I've played in more unusual closed set-ups.

It was an excellent play. All that spam posting saved my ass at times by drowning out the rest of town.

I'm pretty sure Defender would have lost in Dry vs. Defender since Defender was already in the arena.

D3 + D4 both me + Dry would have been lynched (or shot by mason-vigs :ohdear: ). Mattp might have made it out alive in the end, but I'd say town-win vs scum-win was like 3:1 in favor of town

I was sort of ignoring drmy cause it was matt pushing on him and day 1 I thought Matt was probably scum.

sucks when you get your mind fixated on something and you can't change it.

@ fitz - you need to learn just because you think a person making a crappy case, it doesn't mean they are scum, the fact that you were OMGUSing so hard just made it worse. Had you ignored me like most people do, I would have just moved on.

Scum would still win if I was RB'd IF the vig power from fitz still existed, which seems ambiguous now.

Think about it, there was one kill N1. N2 I would be RBd and 1 kill would still go through because of mason vigs. Derpy would not know I was a killer. N3 TWO players would be NKd, one being Derpy, by me. Now town would figure out that N2 someone was RBd or protected, BUT Derpy would be dead already.

Town would speculate who Derpy targeted and I would argue that derpy switched his vote to Dr meaning it probably wasn't me. I could slip out of the issue.

By the end of N3 there would be 5 town dead and 2 scum dead. That means it is a 5:1 scenario where I would be immune to NKs due to superbussing Dr. We lynch fitz, I shoot, it's 3:1. No lynch. 2:1. Messiah and I vote the other player and I win.

This is of course not guaranteed but I've made it through a 10:1 before with 4 confirmed townies so it's not extraordinarily impossible. I'd say town would have a 2/3 chance of winning.

eh I wonder about that. Fitz most likely would have shot Dry, so town would only see a scum NK. Which is.. ripe for claims! Like I'd certainly come out with a RB claim if I knew the "BP" got used up ---> no doc cced, I know there's 2 kills, vig killed scum (or SK shot scum), sooo. I dunno.

Also Messiah + you in 3p means that something fishy is going on
