Aegor why don't you go down with a bang and post some content on your way to the gallows?
I am not as certain of aegor scum as any other good wagon today (esp, js).

Flash wagons at deadline are always stupid.
In post 892, PeregrineV wrote:2. @Aegor- Why the lack of response to shos' "case" on you, and the 5 other people following him?
There is no case. Shos quoted my posts and said "lynch Aegor." All I can do is say that his guesses about my motivations are wrong, which is obviously unverifiable anyway.
If you want a response, here you go:

OMFG this is scumpost.is true because really 'I want to see where it goes' an inch from deadline is stupid, and actually even if it's not an inch from deadline it is stupid because target now knows that your vote is not serious. <<<AKA is a scumpost.
Why is it stupid? How is it any more stupid than the flash wagon on me, other than the fact that you think I am scummier than JS? And my vote has the power to contribute to a lynch. It is by construction always serious.
shos wrote:Myself, of course wrote:Why are you not voting me, then?
Clearly because deadline; this is an attempt to make us vote him, force a mislynch, and later blame us for it because we unvoted big wagons.
This does not even make sense. I cannot even respond because I do not understand what is being said.
There you go, PeregrineV. Enjoy my response to the non-case.
3. @Aegor- Why the eagerness to claim, considering you have less than 50% of the votes need to lynch you?
What the fuck kind of question is that? Deadline is approaching; I did not count the votes, as I said in the very post wherein I also asked whether I should claim, and given the idiocy of many of the players, I had no idea whether I would be quicklynched before I was able to post again.
I am glad I am voting you, even though the chance you get lynched is close to 0%.

I am now back at my comp. I will wait until L-1 or until I have to leave for work.

Absolutely not. If you think for one second that I am going to indulge this moronic deadline wagon in any way, you are very mistaken.

Who else should we deadline wagon, Aegor? No lynch is certainly a lot worse. We tried the JS wagon, we're not lynching him with that claim even though I still think he's scum.

The lynches should have been pushed anyway; when people are up against deadline, they will vote. As has been proven with my flash wagon. I will claim partially in a way that will help town.
I posted the following earlier in the game:
I am a decent lynch because I am Maeglin. Unsurprisingly, I am a Miller. I also have another ability that combines two PRs in a creative and productive way. Given the Miller status, I am happy to be policy-lynched to avoid problems later.

And my PR is way more awesome and useful than the Bodyguard, BTW.

Meh, I am of the opinion that miller claims should be lynched. I think that your situation could have been one of the very few where you could fake claim as town (or at least not say you are miller).

I am not going to fake claim, and my PR would lead to further suspicion. The miller thing could have come up eventually with disastrous timing, and now is as good a time as any to get it out in the open. As I said, I am fine (maybe happy was too strong a word) being policy lynched, but there is no way I am going to fake claim VT or out my specific role today.

And your opinion is very important to me, and to the other players, as all of your posts today have demonstrated. Thank you for weighing in on this issue.

no other lynch is going to happen, so it's either NL or lynch you. I think you should claim the other part as well.

With fake claim I mean simply not claiming miller.
Also my opinion matters as long as I have a vote, however much you may disagree with it.

You know what, you are right. I guess even if I only get to use it once, it would be worth it because it is so awesome.
I am a town-aligned Godfather (again, unsurprising, given Maeglin). My ability lets me choose someone (1) who will kill someone else (2) of my choice. The kill will go through if (1) is town. If (1) is maf, the kill will not succeed. It is thus a combination cop-vig ability.

Oh, and (1) is not informed of what happened.

any vig in the setup is enough to disprove that role. . therefore. I say.....
a vig should cc now or else we should NL

More like a town-aligned ninja vig miller cop?
You'll show up as guilty to the non-ninja non-vig non-miller cop.
You're kills cannot be tracked back to you.
You can kill someone by having a town player kill someone without that killers knowledge, so any watchers will think the town player did it.
If the kill does not happen, you've copped a mafiate.
Does that about cover it?

I'm awake and here for about 3 minutes.
That role sounds broken. I don't get why everyone rushed off a Bodyguard claim either, it's pretty weak and if this is anything like the last game only 1/3rd of the game was vanilla.
Relatedly, yes Dan and I know each other off-site, he watched me claim Bodyguard to try and shake people off me. :V
Miller Godfather that Cops and Vigs people incidentally also sounds like a dream DON'T LYNCH ME PLS role.
##Vote: Aegor

Addendum because I like running late to work: There were also like three serial killers and the power Aegor's claiming sounds like an SK power called Enemy Mine which evades trackers, so even if it were true it's not a town claim.

Why the hell would I claim it if I were just trying to avoid a lynch, if one makes the assumption that I am not a total idiot? I could have just claimed VT or some other obscure role and gained one day.

Why would we have granted you another day if you had claimed VT?

I imagine the odds of survival, even if slight, would be greater than a role that is routinely policy lynched (with good reason). I guess an obscure role would have been better.

that sounds like perfect SK role indeed. onwards with the lynch. AD goes next, btw, if he flips scum, for 913.
