What do you think of that weird Benmage thing where he wailed in to defend your meta read of him, tish-toshed mine, and then basically agreed with mine later in an odd mealy-mouth thing? Am I insane for seeing that, or did you take it the same way I did?

It was odd. Benmage is clearly active when he’s Town. That’s a cornerstone he’s used in his own defense and pretty clearly a lack of activity (and by that I’m saying “Having less posts than the Mod as opposed to not having the most posts”) is a good sign of scum Benmage.

I don’t really like that 20% of his total posting (10 posts out of 52ish) happened AFTER I called out his lack of activity. And furthermore that those 10 posts are pretty much appeasement “Well, I’m not always active but MoI is more right than Thor” posting as opposed to scum-hunting.

My only guess is MoI is scum.

At what point in your mafia career did you decide you weren't very good at mafia?

In every game I've been in I've been detrimental to the town. In every game I've lost as town I've at least been partially responsible or totally responsible. And in the games I've won its always been on the shoulders of better players and despite my efforts I'm always totally wrong about everything. I think this is absolutely the best way to play towards my win condition for the time being.

But seriously what's with you being completely unwilling to vote benmage "because he's just picked at random" and yet you can in your next post vote me for absolutely no reason other than you don't like me? @BK - Benmage is scum for being wishy washy in how he answered something to the point he basically said both sides were right. About his own ruddy meta. That level of doubletalk feels to me like, when he initially made the proMoI antiThor commentary it was just a general attack thing to look proactive and involved and like he might be reading. His error was, I don't think he even really recalled what I had originally said about his playstyle and thus ended up agreeing with me as well. Then got awkward and didn't want to admit that and backed out poorly. Then power lurked. Then barely had anything to say upon return.

Combine that with gut and not really being too fond of some of his recent pushes and I would be quite content to have him dead.

You should request out, and simply play in the newbie zone until you feel more comfortable with your play. (I.E. You are ruining any game you are in for everyone else)
