Seeing game same way: Not really seeing anything strong at this stage, but trying to push as best they can on the little they can find. I think it's reasonably easy for scum to fake strong stances if they think it's tactically advantangeous. And the missing head thing is a reach, mate. How is not being here at all SI?
Like if they were being pushed and they seemed cool in the face of it, yeah, I'd agree that's town indicative. But in
this
gamestate I don't find why being relaxed is towny.
Sure, it's easy for scum to fake strong stances for tactical advantage.
It's also easy to just coast along when there's no real direction in the game, and make up a weak stance or two to look like you're doing something.
Would you agree that lurking is scum-indicative for some slots?

Pretty much, especially since no one has been put under any kind of substantial pressure right now.

There's probably something beneficial to town for Vecna's role. I don't see why a role would be so blatantly anti-town. Maybe people who are cured get some sort of buff?
It's possible there's a doc right now who's reluctant to claim because they'll probably get NK'd.

Would you be able to make a tiered reads list right now?

Sheeping fits me well at this early stage and Vecna seemingly wants to be lynched, or is at least daring us to lynch him. So back to:
VOTE: Vecna

vecna you need to claim the pro town power you alluded to
game is stalled and i dont think significant wagons are gonna be possible until we answer "is vecna the d1 play"

Why is it unreasonable to assume that he wants to vote out Vecna when he said this?

I share your townreads (even the tiers). Would flip around a lot of slots from your null and below though. I can discuss individual reads, but I think it's better to let the game progress a little more though.

Unrelated but last game I played I actually re-checked my role PM because I felt everyone else was town, at one point
