Next time I mod I'll come back with a real setup.
I'm not sure that this is a bad rough draft concept for a setup, the numbers on it are just very wrong
Every scum game I've played since returning to site has been batshit townsided, -except- getting scum in guns and roses and that being mega-scumsided.
Really want to try playing scum in a balanced setup, I've gotten to play town in several balanced setups this year just not scum.
