• You may not discuss this game with any other player in this game, except in this thread. Additionally, you may not discuss other ongoing games in this thread.
  
  
• Voting should be made in the format

  . It is helpful but not necessary to unvote between changing votes.
  
  
• When more than half of the active votes are on a single player, that person's lynch has been reached. He is not dead until I lock the thread. You may vote for no lynch, which will end the day.
  
  
• Inextendible deadlines are set at the beginning of each day. Each game day may run no longer in real-life days than the number of living players plus one. If there is no lynch at that time, the day ends with no lynch.
  
  
• Once you have died, you may not post.
  
  
• If you have not posted in the game thread for 72 hours, you will be replaced if possible, and modkilled if not.
  
  
• You may not quote any private communications.
  
  
• You may not edit or delete your posts.
  
  
• Don't get ridiculous with formatting. It pisses me off. Italics are fine, and bold is fine as long as you're not bolding fifteen words a post, but there's no reason to make all of your posts written in your favorite color. When you use formatting, have a reason for it (to vote or FoS someone, to provide emphasis, to distinguish between groups in analyses, etc)
  
  
• Red
  is my color. Refrain from using it.
  
  
• You may not use cryptoclaims, hypoclaims, prearranged ciphers, or any other concerted attempt to break the game.
  
  
• If you use a hydra account, you must let me know who is included in the hydra.
  
  
• Day is any period in which the game thread is unlocked. Twilight is a portion of the day that occurs between the time a lynch, nolynch, or deadline is reached, and the time when I lock the thread. Night is any period in which the game thread is locked.
  
  
• When a player dies, only their rolename and alignment is revealed.
  
  
• In this game, it is possible to obtain a Death Note in several ways. If a player possessing a Death Note is lynched, a random member of the lynch mob receives the Death Note. If a player possessing a Death Note is killed, the killer (if there are multiple killers, one is chosen at random) receives the Death Note.
  
  
• The town win condition is to destroy all Death Notes. Any protown player that obtains a Death Note will automatically destroy it.
  
  
• This game contains Shinigami. Shinigami are powerful, invincible neutral roles with unique win conditions. Shinigami cannot be lynched or killed. If they would be lynched, instead their rolename is revealed, they lose their Death Note if they possess one as per the rules above, and the game continues as normal (the day still ends). If they would be killed, the same is true except that their rolename is not revealed.
  
  
• Any scum player possessing a Death Note is Kira. There can be multiple Kiras, even at the same time, and there even can be no Kiras.
  
  
• Any time your role PM conflicts with a game rule, follow your role PM.
  
  
• After a player dies, that player's name will be revealed. Their role alignment will be given by color. All vote counts will be modified so that their name reflects their alignment. The colors are as follows:

  anti-Kira.
  
  
  
• I reserve the right to add to, delete, or modify any of the above points at any time for any reason.
