What would be the best way to make sure that only people who know of The Room sign up?

Also: Who should I ask if my first mod could be a mini-Theme?

The rules say the first one needs to be an Open or Mini Normal...but I think I'd do a whole lot better with a Room mini theme.

I'm just gonna sign up to mod a regular game, and then I'll handle The Room after that, if no one else does it first. If someone else does it first, that's just fine as long as I get to play
