Simpler Football Idea:

Pre-game players are put in a random draft order. Each player selects an NFL team. Weekly cycle. Each week, PRs are awarded to the top point-scorinig teams who also won their game that week.

Each faction has a list of PRs that the winners can choose from, but each item on that list can only be used once in the game, i.e. once it's used, it's off the list for the next winner.

I believes that the company is at a serious risk for a embezzlement due to lack of serious internal controls that prevent separation of duties within the business. To keep potential and current investors at bay, I have gathered together a group of accountants underneath me to route out any potential fraudsters before this becomes a public scandal.

It is your job to ensure the accuracy of the financial documents that Buisness Company reports to the public so as to maintain its integrity. You have only a few days before the period ends to collect material and make sure everything is accurate, Good luck!
