I didn't look at whatever quote it came from but 180's aren't always that scummy at all.

And Drippereth, fyi, this is one of the things that annoys me most about this "style" - while you certainly generate "reactions" from people, it's very hard to parse the scummy ones from the legitimately annoyed and/or frustrated ones, at least for me because I'm very sympathetic to them.

Isn't that the whole game? Seperating townies from the scum? HZAM.

Right now I still think Kleedrac is more likely scum then Rai (who replaced deer who is still scummy etc. etc.) but talking with DGB.

(That said...I've played with dana, and he isn't the brightest bulb. In a game where the mod had been caught ripping off all the roles from a game off-site that featured a a team of mason-rolecops, this is a guy who believed scum over the mason claiming the investigation of a buddy WHO'D JUST BEEN NIGHT-KILLED AND FLIPPED THE SAME ROLE THAT APPEARED IN THE OTHER GAME. And then STILL believed the scum was telling the truth the next day, AFTER THE SECOND MASON FLIPPED TOWN. Like, not the brightest bulb at all.)

I'm not sure what DGB meant, prob mistype, but my timeline with that slot was:
Deer = Scum, replaces out for Raivann, Raivann posts and moves from scum -> neutral -> town supplemented by the claim.

For future reference, a hydra that contradicts itself needs to be lynched asap. They are probably lying scum or VIs (and I hope I'm not considered the latter too much).

Why is it not true? Why shouldn't a hydra be coming to compromises in their QT before they post? There is no reason for a town hydra to have a strong contradiction in its posts, just as there is no reason for any other player to have a strong contradiction in their posts.

Why SHOULD they be coming to compromises before posting all the time? Some of the time sure, but I don't think a portion of non-checking in first posting is that bad.

For the most part, Yeah I do.
I think such changes occur naturally with Town.

Also: Two hydra heads publicly recognize that they disagree about a read but both give logical reasons or whatever. Still scummy to you?

It could just as easily be two town heads actually disagreeing...
My point is that it's pretty null: I don't see why it would be more prevalent in scum play when it's SO natural to have a read difference in a town hydra.
