Not sure if you meant for this to happen, but where I previously had modding rights in every topic, I now only do in mine. FAIL. He is an admin, he just doesn't have it as his primary usergroup. When you look at his profile, it says global moderators by "Groups". That means global mods is his primary usergroup.
