bv310, there are no replacements in a BaM ruleset game. ever.

That's incorrect. There are no replacements for flaking, but unforseen circumstances where the player lets you know is apparently mod's discretion (Rule 12).

If not, that needs to be fixed on the wiki page for Bad at Mafia.

::edit:: I do think if we're changing, it may still be too complicated. The subscript/superscript stuff is very hard to follow for my old eyes... Maybe something like:

*ahem* I also think that the new formatting is too small and perhaps even oversimplified, but I want some consistency in the way things are formatted. Having several bullet points all made by different people would probably lead to a massive mix in styles, which I don't want.

I just fine the ■ and sub/superscripts to make it very hard to parse, especially when the lines jam against one another. My suggestion would be (relatively) easy to do on the fly if a player didn't get the syntax exactly right; compare with Kcdaspot's well-meaning attempt at the table.

But it's your thread, and I claim full responsibility for the original complexity of these threads. I started that damn table format.
