So, here I was, starting my re-read. This is what I took in:

50 pages. 50 x 25 = 1250 posts.

It was an "Aww hell" moment. Then I went to the first page again, and saw the game had started 5 days ago. 5 days = 50 pages = 10 pages/day. This means, that, even if I catch up, I'm going to constantly be behind once I post and get off. Cut me some slack, people.

O.K. well I don't know why everyone else unvoted chesskid, but I might as well let him try to vanillize and then if he doesn't die tonight I'll vote him tomorrow. So what's the deal with Ythan and Le Cupcake?

Basically Le Cupcake was hit by Cucco's(Chickens, kind of) but it was blocked and they were turned into blue particles. Someone else got hit by it and lost his vote. Le Cupcake started softclaiming when people questioned it, and then full claimed Nayru(The goddess, who really isnt even in the game besides a few flashbacks) later on. Ythan called Cupcake out on this because 1.) The role may not be in the game 2.) Goddesses don't have elements(Cupcake said her race was 'Aquatic Goddess' I think). In short, he thinks it's a lie. LL is defending Cupcake like a beast for reason I don't know, which seems weird. Seriously, I'd love to know why this defense is going on. Anyways, it's been a big back and forth with both parties unable to fully prove who is right and who is wrong because both of them are possible. Secondly, there's the fact that this could just be a safeclaim. That's basically the tl;dr version of the last 20 pages or so.

Ok, I am not keeping anything straight, thanks to the doctors giving me medicine that kills my attention span and puts me in a fog. Can someone besides Ythan, LadyL, or Cupcake sum up everything into a nice post? If someone does, please be sure to include what set off the whole circular argument between Ythan and LadyL. I will be sure to make a content post after that if someone obliges me.

Dekes, it'd be better to just wait for Cupcake to hang before you go and call LL scum too. Ironically, though, I see LL-town and Cupcake-scum instead of LL-scum and Cupcake-town. Refusing to claim after all that with the added coincidence of every little thing questioned thing such as "Day SK" made me lol.

Still, I'm up for a GIS wagon, but since it's a shotty hydra, I'm doubtful. Substrike seems scummier. He has switched to Cupcake for lurking.. and kept his vote there even after he said he had no idea who was scum.

I'm debating my options between 1. Very convenient claim with little explanation 2. Fail-hydra with shotty that softclaimed for no reason 3. Lurker... voting for another person for lurking.. when he has no idea of who the scum are

The inconsistency's hardly the largest part, though there is easily potential for scum motivation:

By the hydra being scum, they can make use of shotty's VI rep to allow them to support pretty much any wagon and then, whenever pressure is applied, gandalf can come in and go "lolwut? SHOTTY STOP FUCKING UP" to excuse things.

This cycle continues for the remaining 40 pages. I can continue to go post-by-post but I think my point is clear. It's active lurking, which I find the scummiest of all tactics. Period.

GIS's contradictions were noted, and you bolding it as a contradiction is putting words in my mouth. I find that at least some of their contradictions are from twin VI hydra play. I'm not saying they're not a good choice for a lynch, I'm saying Cupcake is better. Cupcake is scum, GIS would be closer to a policy lynch for me at this point.

Pretty sure cupcake went v/la. I don't see how you missed that if you ISO'd her or made this 'case'. If she's making pro-town comments and continues the cycle, that's hardly a reason to keep your vote.

I like the Substrike wagon(If it can even be called that at this point) more than any of the opposing ones right now. Still, if the GIS wagon starts to take off, it's time for Cupcake to hang. Her lynch has a hell of a lot more stands and opinions on it than anyone else's. It's like a 3-in-1 opinion with more discussion around it meaning more info.

I'm pretty sure that she's town. Scum doing what she has done in Day 1 would attract too much attention. Plus she's new(I think) to the site, and in the newbie games I played in, newer scum were alot more likely to avoid attention. Plus she does have some town tells. I don't like the LL wagon much, really.

I iso'd her, actually, and didn't see any towntells. Still, her behaviour is all try-hard and I think she's giving genuine effort towards her cases. Based on Cupcakes flip, I think we'd basically know if she's scum/town. I can't see any scum being stupid enough to bet their all on a likely lynch candidate. She has given out reads and her play today will out her later on if she's scum.

I don't know why you'd use a protect all ability on day one, assuming we're buying the role claim. And I don't buy a "why not" as an answer to "why". There are clearly all sorts of flavor speculations jumping around right now and hers is just adding fuel to the fire. The fact is, I agree with the people suggesting that there may be safe claims given to scum.

While we're still going for the top lynch, I'd like to show everyone that his reasons just flipped from "Active lurking" and not posting good content to "Well, I agree with Ythan's arguement that her claim is shit and I am voting her for active lurking". The catch is he's only mentioned active lurking until now. Why? He doesn't want to be outed early on. Now, if you AGREE that there are safe claims, then why would you vote for someone based on their claim? To push a mislynch. "Hers is just adding fuel to the fire". Oh, so another reason that you're pushing her lynch is to eliminate flavor speculation? That makes sense.

I played Zelda way back when, and basically forgot everything. I've been re-playing through the game though. I am about to the part where I get the first Spiritual Stone.(I might already have gotten to it.) Anyways, the point is, I'm not very far and I'm using the wiki to keep up/remind me of what's going on flavor-wise.
