What was the purpose of the question asked in post #46?

I'll hammer once two people answer this question: Who would you be voting if Vezok wasn't in this game?
Just for you, Magua.

But why just two? And why did it matter? You were killing a guy, and usually once the killing starts happening, RVS is over.

Not necessarily. It needs addressing because scum were someone was able to squeeze in a last minute kill and that question by magua seemed a lot like stalling so he could decide just who he wanted to kill.

When Baby Spice says the quicklynch "was pushed by scum", he means "there were scum on the quicklynch wagon". I also can never ever never see scum Baby Spice bringing up the "quicklynch is scum benefit" and then acting on it.

Fate/Andy, Gud didn't vote Jack for a "lol" slip. It's pretty legitimate to think that was an "oh shit" mistake. It's how he reacted after that makes him look scummy (i.e. trying to set Fate up to look bad just because you post in all caps and may or may not play a liiiiittle bit more aggressively than people are used to on this site).
Why do you care as long as scum is getting lynched...?

Why? If someone I think is town is lynching someone I think is scum with me, it's okay if we disagree on reasons. The important part is getting scum lynched, so it's okay to leave people in their own delusions a while if it advances THE ULTIMATE GOAL.

@Andrius: What scum fencesits on their read on a player declared town by everyone else? She wasn't trying to throw suspicion on you, or the fencesitting would look more like: "Don't you think that Andy could be scum who just wanted more mana? Probably not though."

TOWN:
Andrius
Baby Spice
Fate
Furcolow
inHimshallibe
Jack
mothrax
RayFrost

LEFT:
AGM
Kat
Magua
Singersinger
VasudeVa

AGM- AGM would push that vezok lynch regardless of alignment, I know this much. There's also this:
AND ANDRIUS STOP STEALING ALL THE FUCKING GLOY VEZOK LYNCHAGE. MY RAGE WAS KEY AND I DESERVE THE GLORY BECAUSE I WAS THE ONE WHO ACTUALLY SUFFERED AT THE MISERABLE HANDS OF VEZOK'S MISERABLENESS. Although you can have credit for the faith thing, that was pretty protown.
which, when read with AGM calling Andrius scum and all that, seems like AGM trying to usurp the towncred from the vezok quicklynch. There's also the whole LIVING IN CATCHUP MODE, which makes Nacho angry. I still find it active lurking if you're commenting on things that happened ten pages ago. Oooh! There's all the GUDERIAN IS TOWN stuff before Guderian's lynch which makes my paranoid button start a beeping. I was expecting to see a lot more of AGM this game since he's gotten his vezok policy lynch, but I expect that he's just been busy and he's actually been catching up kind of quickly lately, but probably SCUM on account of how many townreads I have atm.

Kat-
Katsuki wrote:TBQH ID REALLY APPRECIATE IF THIS DAY LASTED AT LEAST A DAY

LETTING SCUM GET FREE NKS WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF US ESTABLISHING ANY READS "D1" IS NOT GOOD FOR TOWN. WE CANT BE JUST THROWING AWAY THE LIVES OF PLAYERS WHO SCUM DO NOT WANT TO PLAY WITH.
This alone makes me call Katsuki scum. I mean, I've played with Katsuki a few times now and he never ever has hesitated on pushing through a quicklynch. ON TOP OF THAT, this is blatant hypocrisy when the rest of his play is added in (voting with no reasons and not allowing anyone to get a read on him), and I think that the M-M-META BREAKER was just an attempt to look protown that fell through when Katsuki realized how much he hated being scum.

Magua-
Magua is good at setup speculation regardless of alignment so all of that stuff should be taken out of consideration. He's probably town, though, due to Seraph stuff and the AGar kill.

singersinger-
I HAD TO LOOK ON THE PLAYERLIST TO REALIZE SHE WAS IN THE GAME SO SCUM. As to her actual play, USELESSUSELESS"Iknowimuseless"USELESSUSELESS. She comments on Jack's page 1 "slip" ON PAGE 16, "caught up" but never caught up, "worked on ISOs" but never worked on them, etc. And "why are you voting for me when I have the least amount of votes?" SCUMMY SCUM SCUM.

VasudeVa-
VV votes when there's no chance of a lynch going through, which is bad. But he votes in the right places, which is good. He's also doing this SOMEWHERE ELSE, so my read on him is a little incomplete. We'll just take care of him after Katsuki and singersinger, I think.

Furcolow-
Sharing a wagon with Katsuki AND singersinger does not bode well, not even a little.
Not even Fate can save from company that bad.

I still trust most of my reads, but I'm thinking I might be wrong about Jack and inHim being town.
I'll try to get something up on BS tomorrow... I'm still thinking he's town, and I would much rather have a singersinger lynch than anything else.
The smoke on Andy makes me paranoid twitch. I can't help but think that Plum, DDD, and VPB would realize how obvious a tactic that is, meaning that A) hito & co are scum, or B) Baby Spice is town and they could care less about him being lynched.
I would like a response from the other Seraphs, though.

(yes he's back, now rejoice)

Singer, inHim, and VV are probably all mafia.
One of AGM or mothrax is SK.

It could also be singer inhim and AGM, with mothrax as the SK.

ISOing people isn't indicative of alignment. Jack could show connections in a different way than just ISOing who I think is scum. He's in the three I haven't seen/heard a whole lot from, therefore I think it's worth looking over what he has to say.
You said there was bound to be some scum there. If you weren't referring to the group of {me, inHim, Jack}, then what there are you referring to?

VV... no obvscum? VV, you're missing someone. So, I have something I want you to do.

First, get some candles out, dim the lights. You know, set the mood for what you are about to witness. I am about to make those prophetic words in singersinger's #78 come true...

Singersinger enters the game twelve pages in takes about a day to read, then announces that she finally has a post to make and thoughts to share. Three hours later, we get a post responding to Baby Spice's "Who benefitted more from the vezok quicklynch post?". A post which was, of course, already attacked here, here, here... And, of course, she doesn't take a interesting position on it, she just agrees with everyone else. It's scum pretending to contribute while really doing absolutely nothing; any townie at this point should've gotten something more out of a read than this crap. The next few posts find her fencesitting hard on the Andrius-Baby Spice debate, not giving any hints to her suspicion whatsoever and not making any effort whatsoever to get suspects out of that group (well, unless you count her calling one of Ray's actions "mildly suspicious").

Next, she gives a few reads out on people I think is worthy of quoting.
singersinger wrote:I've never played with RayFrost, but I disagree with Fate's assessment of him bringing up the possibility that there might be two scum teams reading as genuine town-RF. I need to see him post more before I feel comfortable with that read.
FATE, DO YOU THINK EMPKING IS SCUM?
I agree with Andrius about Baby Spice. I knew she made me think she thought he was scummy for a reason. YOU ALMOST DODGED THAT ONE BS.
Where is AGar?
Gud being stupid=/=scum. Gud disappears=scum.
Furc=idiot so probably best he's not here.
Jack's "scum slip" is not a scum slip, IMO. It's all how you read it. He was talking to town and used the word "you"...though he's been fairly unhelpful since=/=pro-town.
I've heard nothing but good things about VV but have yet to see any of those things be accurate in this game.
Nacho...why are you voting Kit now?
Her reads are just calling a whole bunch of people scummy yet STILL refusing to put down anything definitive.
The bottom part is v cool too. She questions my unexplained vote on the at the time THREE STRONG Kitoari wagon, but she never ever ever questions any of the questions on the Guderian wagon which was at L-4 at the time. I don't know how big of a scumtell this is because I'm not exactly clear whether scum knew all of their buddies at that point but it's still nice to point out.

Singersinger fluffcoasts for a little while, then finally chooses something and votes Kitoari over Guderian when both wagons were tied. This is a towntell if scum knew who their buddies were, although at this point, I'm guessing they didn't. From my experience with Fate, he busses with impunity, and this would've been a surprisingly weak bus from him. So if that's the case, it's a terrible vote considering that it's a late vote, there are no previous mentions of Kit, and there is no reasoning for the vote whatsoever.
singersinger wrote:Furc doesn’t really have much useful analysis, but posting a lot and taking weird risks like voting for a no lynch kind of makes him town.
singersinger wrote:I’m ready to see a flip to get answers once and for all VOTE: Fucolow.
I THINK RAY ALREADY BROUGHT THIS UP BUT SAME POST. TRUE STORY.

She attacks AGM for voting her because AGM has other suspects, and his other suspects have more votes than her. Despite the fact that deadline is nowhere close. Her justification? "It just feels like he's not going for scum targets that are legitimate." Now if that's not a crap scum excuse, I'll upload a video to Youtube of me tapdancing and singing opera in a clown suit...

Next, another gem.
singersigner wrote:
Katsuki wrote:ITS SAYING I DONT WANT ANY OF THE QUICKLYNCHING BIZNESS BEFORE I GET THE TIME TO THROW SOME LAST THOUGHTS IN

WRITING ESSAY NOW, MEETING+DRINKING TMR, SO GIVE ME SATURDAY TO DO SOME DIGGIN'
You realize you're asking us to prolong your lynch for TWO DAYS, which inevitably drains the faith we could be giving town-Seraph, right?

What about that is pro-town?
She's acting like waiting a little bit before lynching is incredibly and horribly anti-town. Which is odd, considering...
singersinger wrote:Nacho...why does it matter so much to you that we don't use up a little more battery before a lynch?
Her vote on Baby Spice comes after a long time of not commenting on her at all, and has the wonderful thought out reasoning of "she's acting crazy" tacked on it. And despite her assertions that she had been suspicious of Baby Spice a really really long time ago, she only really calls her scummy once, and never followed anything up after that.

Next, comes the singer phase where all she really says is "YOU'RE SHEEPING THE SERAPHS!!" Notice how she doesn't ask for the case on her, or defend the case on her, or even make any effort whatsoever to scumhunt. It's just "You think I'm scum? You're sheeping the Seraphs, then! I knew this would happen!"

Then, there's a couple >.> moments.
For one,
singersinger wrote:I'ma ISO you, inHim, and Jack, cuz there's bound to be some scum there.
Which, according to singersinger, meant that there was scum in inHim and I and she was ISOing Jack to see his opinions.

For two,
singersinger wrote:GAWDFUCKINGDAMNIT I FORGOT SCUM HAS/HAD DAYTALK.
>.>
This had absolutely nothing to do with ANYTHING SS had posted, and did not affect any of her points at all. Hello, scum trying desperately to clear herself!

...so yeah, we're not lynching anyone else today.

And, because I know you guys are lazy...

SINGERSINGER, ABRIDGED:
Only thing she gets out of her reread is that the quicklynch was town-motivated, a fact that was already covered.
Massive fencesitting on Baby Spice v Andy.
Votes to lynch someone she thought was town just for a flip.
Calls Katsuki horribly anti-town for wanting us to wait to lynch so we wouldn't use battery up although she held the same opinion earlier.
Screams about how sheeping the Seraphs is destroying the world, then sheeps the Seraphs.
Calls a vote on her invalid because her wagon wasn't big enough for it to be valid.

FWIW, I strongly dislike that last Nacho post. It screams scum hungry for the mislynch. We have been discussing multiple people over the course of these pages. And the only one he pays attention to is the one with the most votes.

FoS: Nacho, mothrax(again for the second time).
Are you kidding me?
I've been pushing singersinger for THIRTEEN PAGES NOW. I started the wagon.
And you'd think you'd give me the decency of responding to the singersinger case, since in your eyes I'm mislynch-hungry scum and singersinger is poor, vunerable town.
VV wrote:I've read up on Nacho. The only bad thing I'm seeing is his recent SS tunnel which is horrible, All his posts today are focused on one thing and one thing only: lynching SS. I fully expect Townies to be scrambling for reads right about now(like the cool dudes: Vas, inHim and RF). He isn't. And I know he's a more capable player than this.
Pushing one scum is a GREAT way to find the identity of that scum's buddies, wouldn't you agree?
Take you for example. You have offered absolutely nothing in the way of proof that singersinger is town aside from "too scummy to be scum" crap. You've ignored my case on her. And yet you're holding her on the same town level as RF, inHim... Townies scrambling for reads don't have such confidence in town reads built on absolutely nothing, sorry.
VasudeVa wrote:And SS reads a lot like a LyLo mislynch. THIS IS WHAT MY HEART TELLS ME. Scum have chosen this very special person to be the person to lump their votes into. Then they will lure gullible townies with long ass cases and logic.
So you're calling mothrax and I scum and RayFrost that gullible townie?
And if #1367 is a "long ass case", you're in the wrong place.
VasudeVa wrote:Nacho is saved for tommorow. But it will take something INCREDIBLE for me to vote for RF, inHim, SS and myself. (Like..catching them in a quickhammer attempt or something.)

Be specific, then. I certainly have. HOW is she acting like a mislynch waiting to happen? HOW is she acting like town? All you've said is "you're tunneling, she's town." Do you honestly expect me to be convinced by that?
VasudeVa wrote:I have stated over and over that if she had scum buddies, they would have coached her ass up big time.

Your two alternatives are likelier SK than scum, and I'm not interested in lynching the SK right now.
VasudeVa wrote:I have to thank you for telling me that. The fact that you are still on your shitty tunnel proves my point even more. You don't care about lynching correctly, you only care about lynching.
How can say something like this when you've given a grand total of ONE reason why singersinger is town and disregarded my case completely?

badbadbad.

In MoHo, Quick Change was a scum ability that gave scum faith for recharging the battery.
I'm sure Hito will reaffirm this, though.

I'm also RECALIBRATING after town-VV...

Mafia will no-kill since thay have virtually no chance of killing the SK, and if they hit a different town then the SK does, it's game over for them.
SK shoots mafia because killing mafia removes the threat of a scum-judgement kill, which I'm sure goes through whatever the perks the SK has.

Thus, tomorrow it'll either be two of us versus the SK, or we get rid of a scummy townie and rev up that prisoner's dilemma.

Mafia MIGHT be able to get the SK, but SK's most likely BP.
Yes, but SK would win if it ever came down to SK v Mafia in endgame, so he doesn't care if 2 townies are hit during the night.
Yes.
Singer, if we lynched the SK today, then it goes to night. 3 people left: 2 townies, one mafia. Mafia shoots one of the townies. Mafia wins. Doctor's dead, so we can't count on anything stopping kills.

Yes. I'm guessing hito gave inHim the message after he posted. No, Seraphs never confirmed him to my knowledge. Yes, VV was the only confirmed townie.

Uh, Ray... Why are you calling for the Seraphs to use Judgement on someone you think is an SK, which means that mafia will use their Judgement on a townie and mafia will win? The only way we have any change of winning if we don't follow SS's or my plans is if Town Seraphs kill mafia by judgement and then we lynch SK. Meaning that we should be looking for MAFIA right now.

Hito, your answer to whether the scum have a bolt or not should lie there.
If you have grant vig + a bolt of your own, we should be good.
If you're lacking one or the other, then they probably do.

There wasn't a spot for modkills in MoHo, so I doubt there will be one now.

And I don't think your vig and their vig will be in the same slot, considering "Inquisited" is pretty sinister flavor, and "Like a Jigsaw Puzzle With a Couple of Pieces Gone" is a reference to the song "Leroy Brown" when Leroy was finally killed.

I'm not so sure about bolts, but I have hope about them being seperated if vigs are. It would make the last section the only section where multiple factions could use the kill, which doesn't seem right to me.

If he's a neutral survivor, that means that he could win with either of us.
We could also win with each other if I granted you a doctor tonight so you knew I wouldn't kill you, and then granted you a vig in the morning and we both shot each other at the same time.

SO BASICALLY EVERYONE WINS TOGETHER.

My order proves that the Demon Seraphs are still in this game.
And, we can't forget their win condition:
Mafia on Holy Orders Demon Seraph wincon wrote:You win when it is no longer possible to prevent Demons from being the only living players.
Thus, even IF inhim is telling the truth about his win condition, you still have to worry about the Demon Seraphs. You won't be able to stop them from gaining faith alone, and eventually they will be able to use their trump card holy order, Plum will come down to earth and endgame you. And you won't be able to win until the Demon faction is completely destroyed, and they WON'T be destroyed until inhim is dead.

As for inHim being a survivor now...

We KNOW Hito would not of said this if he had anything to do with inHim's survivor status:
Hito wrote:And if I die, you all become friends of the sk. Remember all that.
ESPECIALLY since the only scum he was pushing was inHim. If he made inHim a stripped demon, then he would be pushing my lynch through and through, and would allow inHim to win with the town. OR, he would push a scumlynch that wasn't inHim. But he didn't.

In other words, the only possibility for him being Survivored is me. Now, inHim claimed that he was stripped of his powers when hito used Communion on him. Meaning that I would have to use my survivor power before I knew that inHim was scum, and I would have to somehow make him a survivor at the exact same time that hito opened his communion QT with him, which is a little too coincidental for my tastes. In addition, I would have to have to power SOMEHOW, and it would make no sense to use it anywhere near endgame. And if I could use it more than once, it wouldn't make sense for me not to use it on you for an automatic victory...

Now for my proposal...

Currently on its way is a Doctor role, tailored specifically for you. Protect yourself, and lynch inHim with me. Tomorrow, I will grant you a dayvig and we will shoot each other as soon as you receive it. We both will die since I only have nightkill immunity, and both of our win conditions will be fulfilled simultaneously. I win when all demons and righteous have died, and you win when everyone who's role PM requires Righteous to die is dead.

I'll vote as soon as you confirm you've gotten it.

I'm going to grant you a dayvig tomorrow, just like I granted you a doctor.
We shoot each other at the same time, and we die at the same time. Both win conditions are fulfilled at the same time and so we win together.

Actions don't resolve simultaneously. Actions resolve at votecounts, as demonstrated by you getting the grant doctor as soon as the votecount was posted. Sometimes Vi will post votecounts because things happen, but as long as we submit the actions at around the same time, we should be fine.

Yes. I'm getting confirmation on how close together we have to submit our kills for it to work.

SINGER.

DOCTOR PROTECTS FROM END OF THE DAY ACTIONS.

IT DOES NOT PROTECT FROM DAY VIG.

I GRANT YOU DAY VIG TOMORROW MORNING. WE SHOOT EACH OTHER. WE BOTH

IF YOU LYNCH ME.
THE SCUM SERAPHS WILL KILL YOU WITH A LIGHTNING BOLT SINCE THEY CAN GAIN ALL THE FAITH THEY WANT.
OR THEY WILL COME DOWN TO EARTH AND QUICKLYNCH YOU WITH INHIM.
SINCE THERE'S NOTHING ANYONE CAN DO BUT LET THE SERAPHS GAIN FAITH.

Okay, so I thought it would be apparent that I can only copy holy orders that have already been used, and I can only do that once a day. If it wasn't so, why would I wait so long to take a dayvig shot? Why wouldn't I just copy Decision and end the game now? Why don't I scum bolt one of you? You know I have plenty of faith, enough to grant a doctor and look at the scum's faith level. Why don't I break out all those game-breaking orders that hito was talking about?
e)Specially-tailored? That's a crock line imo.
Of course it is. It was a joke.
)Players in the first edition of this game could not be targeted by the same player granting Orders more than once. So you'd get the doc, not the vig and you're still dead.
Players in the first game couldn't use the same order twice.
I obviously have that ability, since I granted a doctor to singersinger (surely you didn't think i was automatically nightkill-immune. you gotta work for them, baby).
I don't have the same limits the town and demon seraphs do, in other words.

inHim wrote:singer, do you have a dayvig yet? Why do you think you'll get one? I'm still pretty convinced Nacho has given himself Unstoppable, which would seal the deal on your protect. Would be more dependable if he had given you a roleblock. There's too many holes in this.
Note how he HASNT EVEN POINTED OUT THE HOLES YET.
As for my role, what does Scum Seraph faith prove? I guess if we stall enough they could come back to the game, but it'd be pretty obv... What condemnation is there? Wild speculation?
Well let's see.
The Scum Seraphs are players too, remember. Their wincondition in MoHo was "You win when it is no longer possible to prevent Demons from being the only living players". The Righteous win condition hasn't changed, so I doubt the demon win condition has. Meaning that as long as inHim remains in the game, the Scum Seraphs still have a chance of winning, meaning that the game won't end until they are gone. And the only way we can get rid of them is by making their win condition impossible and getting rid of inHim.
inHim wrote:Read Nacho. He's desperate. He has placed his vote, he's getting worried. Just think things through for a second.
I've placed my vote because I've found an opportunity for a joint win, and because I don't believe you at all. YOU'RE the one who's desperate. YOU'RE the one who is just sitting in the background, mumbling "don't trust Nacho". YOU'RE the one who's still sitting the fence, NOT VOTING, and yet clearly pushing one lynch over the other. YOU'RE the desperate one.
inHim wrote:singer, I don't envy your position one bit. I won't be angry, as from your viewpoint it's a matter of PMs and role mechanics. I WILL be disappointed in my loss. If you wish to look back and see if I was acting like I knew Ray, Fate, and/or Kitoari were my partners, I'll answer any questions you have.
RAY FATE AND KITOARI WERE YOUR PARTNERS.
WHAT EVEN IS THIS?
inHim wrote:Bravo on deciding this Today! I'll tell you something else, if Nacho had the Faith to dayvig someone like the scum did, one of us would already be dead. He's going to spend all that faith on killing you, not granting you a dayvig, ya think?
I don't even understand this. You already know I have the means to kill people during the day. Unless you're denying that I shot RayFrost? So all I have to spend my remaining faith on is granting singersinger a dayvig...

Because my ability is to quote evidence of non-VT activity posted by the mod, and I can copy orders based on that. Evidence of the dayvig only happened today.

Okay. Basically, my ability is to steal one Holy order from the Seraphs per day.
I steal by quoting evidence OF holy orders; for example, I quoted Jack's flip to get the dayvig.
I have no limit on number of holy orders per day, or who I use it on.
I cannot use the same order once per day.

Does that clarify things?

Us both killing each other at the same time = simultaneous victory.

Because it's a tradeoff. You take a leap of faith and trust me, I give you a win for your effort.

The Scum Seraphs don't count as demons for their win condition. Otherwise, we could lynch everyone except for Righteous and still not win until Scum Seraphs used Trump Card.
So try again.

This is a bit late, but needed to be said anyways.

First off, I really enjoyed the game, all things said and done. I thought that Kennedy beating Nixon by gaining the trust of the people was a pretty badass endgame even if singer DID draw things out a lot. Also, Athiest winning with the town after the town's gods were gone fit pretty well too :D.

Sorry Vi for the unintended ending... I don't think that you made a mistake in allowing it to happen at all. It would've reflected on you terribly as a moderator had you just said "well, I didn't want this ending so let me fix the rules so it's not possible anymore." The loophole in win conditions was based on a pretty much impossible situation, so I don't think that was really a significant oversight. I mean, what were the chances of the SK surviving until endgame with one scum, one town, and himself after already using his shot out of necessity to make MyLo into LyLo while sitting on a shitload of faith to use, where all three alignments are outed and thus he's forced to find a way to help the town win with him, and is willing to let the town win with him? I seriously don't think anyone could've predicted that >.>

As far as Seraph play goes, I was really, really disappointed about the halos. I was excited about getting the Halos because I thought they would be used more, and I could inspire a bit of a halo arms race between Town and Scum by spamming the things. But then, no one used any halos, and my ability became useless...

Rhinox kill was because I was planning on lurking and his LW2 comment made him seem like he was going to be on guard for that.
Fate kill was for self-preservation the first time, and then I had to kill him because he was too townie to be living on D4.
