Well, hello, my good gentlemen. I believe I have come across this meeting so dreary, I must stay and assist you in matters most dire. It seems my associate and good friend GMan has decided to take the most unexpected leave of absence, so, I did decide to make haste in order to continue his involvement in such a situation. As business associates and good friends, you may consider us one in the same.

Please excuse me, my fine fellows, as I must review the events of the day in order to become informed of this monstrosity that has occurred post haste. Any assistance in obtaining the knowledge of post events as I turn back the metaphorical clocks would be much appreciated.

A declaration of a Vote on the Gentleman known as Apokalyptika

, as I do not find his eagerness to protest the ejection of a man such as vezokpiraka as a genuine exposition. As well, Mr. Apokalyptika seems to favor the side of defending those most pressured for a reason most absent and hollow. This is something I will and cannot stand for, good sir, and I do wish you the rope.

I apologize for the absense, it seems that I have taken an impromptu away homebound, for my poor mother and father have not seen the likes of me in a fortnight or two. I have been observing this situation for the past few hours and I must say a few things in regards to current matters.

Mr. Apokalyptika has questioned why I thought the pursuing of something as dastardly as a policy lynch had been scummy. In such a phase like RVS, I believe that the information gained from an action, or the appearance of such an action, can be quite valuable to the hunting of rapscallions. I discourage any resistance of any sort to the former, and I don't find such statements to have a truthful quality.

I notice that Mr. Vez O. Piraka has recently gained a slew of votes for his death, apparently for stating that the day is stalling a monstrous sort while not contributing information, leading to a contradictory aura. I do not believe that this is the case, for I have played many a game with Mr. Piraka in the past, and while he shows on the surface to be containing no involvement in the matter, the trick is to measure the genuineness of the information that he has nevertheless given. O yes, there's the ticket!

While it does seem almost contradictory, I do believe that the meaning behind his messages (or potential lack thereof) is the most important and must be viewed as such, while other factors are just noise. I will not be joining this bandwagon unless more evidence that his role has motivation of a devious sort comes to fruition.

I'm going to cut the characterization for a bit to do my catchup post. Sorry that I've been away. I had finals to wrap up, other games to catch up on and general craziness.

Hoppster's self-vote reads off as very town to me and Vezok is looking even worse from trying to pin it as scummy. No one in this game is really looking at motivations. What is the motivation behind TS posting the way he is? He's prodding for information. It should read off as very town. He's not ignoring information or misrepping people.

Caboose is looking worse from the way Hoppster needed to push him to respond anything at all to his self-vote. So far, the pinnacle of information has been from that self-vote.

inhim's vote on Apokalyptika tells me that if one of them is scum, the other is not. That vote was sort of out of left field.

However, I'm going to give Vezok the benefit of the doubt. Not to be rude, but Vezok, you're not the brightest banana of the bunch and you may have just fell into a "what the hell is this well let me just say it's scummy cuz whatever" spiral and that doesn't really tell me anything about your motivation.

I'm going to keep my vote on Apok for the above inhim vs Apok statement (and also because I believe that early game play tells all and his resistance to the "Vezok policy lynch" was pretty detrimental to information gathering. How could anyone think TL was serious about that?)

I saw quite a few gentlemen who took him seriously. TheLonging claimed he was serious. Also, from reading other games and generally browsing the site, I can easily believe that a player would seriously try to policy-lynch vezok. Do you think it's honestly better, information-wise, that everyone should sheep a vezok policy lynch?

I just think that the information gained from something like that, provided it doesn't fully go through, could be instrumental in finding scum.

Theoretically, yes, posting in the way he is could be a way of seeking information and it could be his motivation. But read his posts and tell me: do you honestly believe this is the case?

We'll start off with these posts at the moment. Why did you believe they were fake, if so? You want me to answer whether I "honestly believe" that he was information hunting.

Yeah, the argument could have been made saying "Well, he's only creating questions to make it seem like he's scumhunting", but looking at these questions, they fit both town and scum motivation and that point is just a complete null. I don't think your justification of lynching him was sincere.
