VOTE: Xalxe

Because he voted first.

Timezone: GMT +11

I think I post fairly regularly unless the game drags.

@The Acting Method: Why do you feel the need to roll a d12 to determine your vote?

I've completed one game, died in two others, and am currently playing lots (probably too much)

@The Acting Method Wouldn't it be just as fun to just choose someone rather than needing to make it completely random?

You don't think that was worthy of a second vote during RVS stage?

Are you serious?

It's RVS! Surely I can change my vote if I want.

@Tajun I don't see why I need great reasoning to change a RV.

Let's just say my vote on Acting is more serious than my vote on Xalxe and I think his reaction to me could be from scum.

Xalxe wrote:Remind me to check AM's meta later.

Also yes I do find RQS scummy as it generally adds nothing and I don't care about people's responses anyway.

Also as a general note those of you with win/loss records in your sigs have self-esteem issues.

Haha, you're probably right :D (At least about me anyway) But I don't know what else to have as a sig and it gives me an excuse to use colours :)

@The Acting Method I think using meta to defend yourself from votes in RVS is scummy. I believe my vote was slightly better than a random vote, which was why I changed it.

And no, I don't think the way you determined your random vote was scummy. Where did you get that idea?

I was confused as to why someone would claim that the reason behind a vote change in RVS was not worthy.

@DonJosh: Do you think scum tend to be more jumpy than town?

I thought the defending himself with meta after two RVS votes was pretty scummy. Other than that, I just get a feeling that he could be scum. I can't really see anyone else as scum at the moment.

@Voided What was I called out on? Changing my vote?

Ok, I'll try to explain my thought process I guess.

-I wanted to vote Amrun for the lulz, but decided against it because I could get attacked for it and obviously amrun's reaction to it wouldn't be of any use. I thought other people's reactions to it could be interesting, but decided that it would probably too hard to differentiate between town and scum reactions and could put unnecessary heat on me- so I just voted Xalxe.

-I ask a couple of questions to Acting, and I thought he was a little bit scummy, so I voted him, mostly to see how he would react since my vote on Xalxe was useless, and from that I thought he was a bit more scummy.

Overall, I just thought it was silly being called out on a change of vote when my original vote was so silly.

In response to Matt's questions:

I'd say The Acting Method because of little things that I've mentioned.

About vijay, all I can really respond to is his case on me. I'm not really sure yet. He could be town, or he could be scum forseeing a lynch on me. I really don't know. Maybe I'll take another look, but I don't think I'll come up with anything.

Update: I'd say Vijay's slightly leaning town for me.

ProjectMatt: I believe it scummy not to answer your own questions. And, why vijay?

For answering the questions?

Um, because I wanted to and didn't see my answers as particularly detrimental I guess.

Vijay, Why would not remembering that he'd already voted projectmatt increase the suspicion on him?

I agree with Amrun, although not quite null for me, but a bit less scummy.

Acting, how would you describe your current playstyle? (Before any changes)

PEdit: @vijay: I guess I disagree. I'd say it's easy to miss things, especially in your own posts.

PEdit again: Acting, I completely disagree that matching one's opinions with townies is a way to seem town, but your overall point I agree with.

Er, I don't really see The Acting Method as that scummy anymore ad Adc has made 3 posts (I think) but hasn't really commented on the game at all.

Power role speculation ftw!

UNVOTE: Adc75

VOTE: The Acting Method

...but not really

Also, giving Adc75 an excuse not to contribute is anti-town/scummy (haven't decided which yet).

Well, if projectmatt is not scum, then you're just giving scum more info for deducing town power roles and not really helping the town at all- such lack of concern indicates scum to me.

What I meant by the whole adc thing, is that if he is scum, then you've given him an excuse to lurk. Although regarding that, I think we misunderstood each other. My point was not that he hasn't posted much (which I see could have been unclear), but that he has made posts (particularly in response to Xalxe) of little relevance. So I kind of take back what I said about that.
