The Rules!:
[/b]
- Votes must be in bold. If you do not bold your vote it will not count.

- Please unvote (in bold) before casting a new vote.

- A lynch requires that one player has votes from more than half of the current players. Once the player has the required number of votes the lynch is inevitable and unvoting will have no effect.

- You may vote for a "no lynch". A vote of this kind from more than half of the current players is required to end the day.

- Do not discuss this game outside of this thread, unless your role or a PM from me says that you may do so. This continues to apply after you die and until the game is over.

- Only live players may post in this game.

- Do not edit or delete any of your submitted posts.

- Do not quote your role or any other PMs from me.

- If you have a night choice, it is due before the posted deadline. If your choice is not submitted to me by this time, no choice will be made.

- If you anticipate being unavailable for more than 48 hours, please post a notification in this thread. Please treat this game as a commitment to the other players and contribute regularly.

- Play to win and give it your best! Please do your part to make the game enjoyable for everyone. Personal insults and/or abuse of other players will not be tolerated.

- If you have any questions, PM me! I may or may not respond to questions in the thread, but I will certainly reply to any PMs

This morning a new recipe was anonymously posted in the 'Share Your Recipes' Thread...
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups Italian-style salad dressing
4 (4 ounce) fillets
red drum
PBuG

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter on low heat; cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the cayenne pepper, black pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt. Set aside.
Dip the fillets into the melted butter, then coat with the seasoning mixture.
In a large skillet over high heat, sear
fish
PBuG
on each side for 2 minutes or until slightly charred.
Place in a 11x7 inch baking dish and pour the Italian dressing onto each fillet. Cover baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until flaky and tender.
A rather unfunny practical joke? Perhaps... perhaps not.

Meanwhile, copies of Succulent magazine are hot off the press. Page 5 is sporting the new Food Reviewer's column:
Our foray into TV land begins with Channel 4's own, Nigella Lawson (also known as
Mastermind of Sin
). With a wave of the hand and a jiggle of a breast, our voluptuous vixen attempts to entice us into sin using a Double Potato & Halloumi Bake.

Now Potatoes and fancy cheese on their own is a mighty fine meal. Most talented cooks that are worth anything would start with potatoes and serve with some steak. Oh no, but actual taste and simple, masterful preparation is not good enough for this sultry succubus. With the grace of an elephant walking a tightrope, our culinary mistress believes that performing kitchen aerobics is somehow part of having a good meal.

The meal itself turns out to be bland and unimaginative, despite all the flirting and propositioning done by this unsavory tart. Potatoes and cheese, oh, such a mark of a true domestic genius. A flirty wink and a salacious smile does not hide the fact that this meal is simply plain and lousy. It doesn't even make a good appetizer. That garbage soup made by the hobos under the 8th street bridge would be welcome when ambushed at the dinner table with this slop. Wear all the tight shirts you like, highlight your biggest assets, give them a few more close ups on your way out, for you do not belong in any of our kitchens.

Get off my TV and go back to turning tricks at the corner, your show is now cancelled.
Ouch! She'll never work in this town again.

PBuG (Paul Prudhomme - cop)
has been filleted, fried and baked.

Image
Mastermind of Sin (Nigella Lawson - roleblocker)
got a bad review and has packed her bags.

It is now DAY 1!

10 chefs cook on.
6 votes will lynch.

well that sucks. whoever killed me will pay. I really wanted to play in this game. On the other hand, that adds to my list of night 1 deaths ^_^. But that's not much consolation.

Dang! I never heard of Nigella Lawson, but I'll eat at her place any time!

It seems like we have a health inspector or something that killed MOS
ALso, notice the ingredient the PBUG replaced was redrum, murder speeled backwards.

by rolandofthewhite
I thought that at first, but when I looked at it again, it's "red
d
rum", a type of fish.

Though it might have been some kind of double
entendre

The magazine title doesn't give any easy to follow clues about the identity of the reviewer. A Google search on {"succulent magazine"} only turns up hits about cacti and adult films.

Not that it serves any purpose other than to satisfy my curiosity, but based on the response to MoS's death, I have to ask. Am I the only player in the game who knew that Nigella Lawson was a hot female chef
before
that picture went up?

Mmmmmm English Muffins . . . oh um . . .
Anyway, I doubt that Talitha left any clues in the death sequence, the only thing I can think of is a Health inspector, or famous food taster can get rid of chefs, this may be the SK, and then we deffinitely have a murderer on our hands, this cold be the mafia, or vice versa. Then again, One of these couls also be the Vig.
I'm just throwing ideas out here, feel free to agree or diagree with them.

Doh! Wrong name. I agreed with Quailman, not mlaker.

I did not know those chefs. I am Spanish, and there are plenty of famous ones here, although I do not know wether any of them will be included in this game.

Ooh! El Bulli! That guy's a famous chef, even though I only know the name of his restaurant and not his name.

Vote Warpdragon

I hate random voters, however my true reason for this vote is Warpdragon has posted 3 times and voted each time on a different person, all in one page.
Warp, that's absurd.
