These were my thoughts coming out of Day 1:

I suspect we'll be able to know for sure whether Kondi is lying as the game progresses. The claim actually does more to dissuade me than the request to get the bomb. Asking to have the bomb is a gambit that scum-on-the-ropes with nothing to lose could easily make. That does nothing for me. The claim itself seems to check out, though, so I'm a little unsure.

Hey all, sorry for the short absence there.

Kondi lynch built up some real steam in a relatively short amount of time, and I have to say I'm not a fan of it at this point. Some meh posting, but nothing I'd lynch him over.

I'm also liking his read on Majiffy same post:

Ok I've read the thread and from this first read I think that Kondi and pappums are both scum. Pappums claim is convenient, could as well be a scum role. It's undeniable there is a link between both of them.

I look at it this way; BB was scummy before flavor discussion. What makes him less scummy now? If you are going to test this race "theory" [because it *has* to be fact], what better candidate could there possibly be than a scummy person that has claimed a different race from the rest of Town?

This has the added effect of 100% guaranteeing you are a cop if it gets to LYLO and scum try to paint you in a bad light. By virtue of BB's flip, you prove beyond reasonable doubt that you actually *did* receive role information indicating BB's race.

So really:
1. We learn if Trolls are good or bad
2. If Trolls are bad, we found the second scum and game is just about over
3. If Trolls are good, you just confirmed Town-GreyICE
4. By virtue of the Troll flip, you also just confirmed your cop role

I do not regret a single thing I did after replacing in with the information I had at my disposal. I would have played everything out exactly the same. It was simply a broken game.

Hindsight is 20/20. You can't sit there and armchair quarterback when you were part of the problem. You were working under the assumption there was an SK and scum left, right? I was in the same situation only I had one extra damning piece of information - your "scum" claim. Again, put yourself in my shoes. Here's what I see:

1. There is an SK
2. There is scum
3. There are four people left
4. There are two Trolls in a game with a race-cop
5. Trolls flip scum

It's easy math. We both know caught scum will say anything. Once you decided not to kill BB, I had to assume that you were SK going for the solo win.

Not following through on the troll find: Ok, you have a race cop, and that player is in general believed to be townie. A player is found to be troll. A troll is later on lynched and shows up as scum, after a gobbo godfather is found. Lynching trolls should then be the logical step here. (Yes there is a troll miller, something that GreyICE speculated on in when town was claiming but didn't follow through on).

I blame this 100% on setup. If GreyICE didn't know he was a miller? WTF?? I felt like the world was crazy because I wanted to follow through on this and no one else did. Once Grey claimed Troll and we had two kills, what was I supposed to think? You can't blame that on "outguess the mod" it's absolutely poor setup. If Grey knew he was a miller at least then we could all be on the same page when it came to Trolls. I don't mean to make this sound like a bash fest, because it isn't. But, agree with Grey that there has to be a takeaway from this because there were CLEARLY problems when the Town did everything right except for 1 vote.
