Does a Mini from over a year ago count as a game I can submit to qualify to mod a Newbie game?

Do Micros and Newbies both count as games toward being IC as long as they're completed?

I have the 5 games if you don't count Micros, but I don't have the 5 games if you don't count either. (I was scared I wasn't good enough so I played a bunch of Newbies when I first started.)

Plus, most of the Micros I've been in were specialty. (Lovers, Jester setup, etc.)

And I also only have some from this year, some from 2012, and if we're not counting Micros, I'll have to go back even to 2011 for some games. Is that a problem, or should I just play some more games here first?

I took breaks though, and a lot of those games aren't very standard Mafia.
