I'm new here never played read the rules any game I can join?

Just put /in to play and you'll be added to the sign up list (mostly putting /in makes it easier for the mod to keep track). After you sign up (with /in) wait a few days (maybe a week) and you should have a game start that you can play in.

Nope. Anyone who's already finished one game can be is as many newbies as they want (although overloading is still a bad idea).

Thunder you're an SE now since you have two games finished. It doesn't make a difference in play though.
