I've tried to make an argument towards that kind of thing being moderated anyway because of bandwidth concerns. (On top of it being really really annoying.)

The description says discussion with less moderation. Posting a huge amount of text or images hardly qualifies. (When it's deliberately done to impede reading.)

Sorry, the admins actively encourage people here to not act like asses and try to settle their disputes like reasonable adults instead of spoiled middle school children.

Have you tried PMing Umbrage and asking him politely to stop?
