The stylesheets broke. Several times for multiple people. Is somebody dicking around back there?

I don't think it was the same issue. Singersigner had the same issue today.

Clearing your cache should solve the problem temporarily.

I clean my cache on exit. I also have an add-on to clear flash cookies that firefox does not clear by default.

This error used to happen to me all the time when I had dial up, however all of my links were jumbled around. Your error does seem to be different.
