Optional Caption/Description of Game upon announcement:

You are a resident of MafiaTown, the most normal place in the world. Well, to you at least. You've grown up here, so you're used to the daily mobs in the town square, the mass killings, you know. Usual Thursdays. The townspeople lived in relative harmony with each other.

But everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked.

Mostly Normal Mafia is a Normal game with "Normal" flavor that may or may not contain one or more roles, mechanics, game rules, or other factors that are not "Normal". This is not a bastard game.

Accepting up to 4 /pre-ins if anyone's interested.

It's funny you should say that. The next game I'm planning on designing after this is Mitosis Mafia, a Large/Micro - "9" players, hydras-only, and mechanics/roles/etc. based around the fact that they're hydras. Notably the idea of "splitting" a hydra when it's lynched/killed/whatever into two separate player slots. There's a lot of design space in this if you think about it for a bit, but I'm not going to say anything else in case I say something I want to use later.

Anyway, I still need to figure out what queue that's going in... probably Large Theme but idk.

@etl: we get it, you dislike the new hydra rule >_> while I'm really not a fan of hydras since I came back from my shortish playing hiatus, especially given the prevalence of players that will hydra solely because it allows them to commit less time to a game... I'm getting off-track, um, I assure you this time it's due to flavor reasons.

If anyone wants to jump right into some action, 999 Mafia could use some replacements. I've already needed 5 so far and I need two more. Game's far along, so it shouldn't be too much effort. (notes - no hydras due to flavor. if you're replacing in, please PM me and the modding account if you don't mind)
