Do you have two finished games? Normally I wouldn't be so strict on this, but the whole point of this game is to only be SEs playing the newbie setup.

Well, if you're qualified as an IC, you're qualified as everything prior to, so I don't see why not.

This is how I think of it as well. Anyone with at least two finished games counts as an SE.

I think the only reason people dislike Dethy is because it's broken. I think Saulres(?) ran a variant once and it filled pretty quickly.
