• Nights last around 48 hours usually. As soon as all night choices are in, it becomes day.
• IMPORTANT- IF YOU HAVE A NIGHTROLE YOU DO NOT WISH TO PERFORM ON A GIVEN NIGHT, PLEASE TELL ME SO NIGHT CAN END SOONER.
• All night roles will be sent to me (the mod) via PM.
• Days last as long as needed, but if posting slows, I may instate a deadline. If posting picks up again, the deadline can be retracted. Once the deadline is reached, the person with the most votes at that time is lynched. If there is a tie, Random.org determines who dies.
• Once I post the final vote count, no posting (this period is called twilight).
• No posting at night. If I accidentally left the thread unlocked, send me a PM reminder. Thanks!
• Always bold your vote. An unbolded vote is an uncounted vote.
• If you want to change your mind on a vote you made, please be nice and unvote before voting. Unvotes should be in bold as well.
• Once a majority of the town has voted to lynch someone, that person is doomed, and nothing short of divine intervention will save them.
• You can also vote for No Lynch. If a majority votes for No Lynch, the game will proceed to night without anyone being lynched.
• DO NOT discuss the game outside the thread unless otherwise stated in your role. Even then, be sure to only communicate during the times your role says. Also, some roles require you to PM messages to me and forward them to your recipient, so keep that in mind.
• Do not quote any PM’s you receive from me. If you do, you will be mod-killed.
• Please do not delete or edit any of your posts. Once you’ve posted, it will be there forever, so think before you post.
• After your death, you may post one more “Bah” or “Why’d you do it?” style post, but that’s it. Do not post any relevant information after your death.
• If you have a night choice, send it in before the deadline. If you don’t send in an optional role, it will not occur. If you fail to send in a required role, Random.org will decide the target, so be courteous and send in those roles!
• If you think you will be unavailable or will have limited access for 48 hours or more, please post a notice so we know what’s going on.
• I would appreciate it if each participant would check in (preferably post) on the game thread every 24 hours, unless you have no or limited access. This game should be a commitment, so please don’t abandon it.
• The moderator is always right. Usually.
• I may occasionally post a vote count. If you want one, request it.
• Have questions about something I said? Drop me a PM so I can clarify.
• Do not be rude or abusive to other players. I will warn you if you are being abusive, then you will be mod-killed.
• Again, never quote any PM from the moderator.
• DO NOT attempt to contact me by any other means than a PM. I will ignore anything sent by email, IM, or whatever means of communication you might come up with.
• If a player has not posted for about roughly 48 hours and has not said anything about limited or no access, that player may be replaced. As soon as I post that I have found a replacement, the player being replaced is removed from the game (and do not post anything after your replacement). If you suspect being unavailable for very long periods of time (say 7 days or more), you may request replacement, but please only as a last resort.
• Some roles may not be as desirable as others. Still, please do your part, and also, please save your role PM for future reference.
• Once you send a night role to me, your decision is final.
• Mafia cannot night kill Mafia.
• This game is supposed to be fun. Enjoy it, do your part, and good luck!

Yikes! We're almost at deadline, and I have shockingly few choices in. I'm sending prods to all roles that haven't given a choice.

The town of Colorsburg wakes up. Fearful of what might await them, they rush to the town square.

They begin a head count.

MeMe says, "Crola?"

"Here!"

"Nox?"

"Here!"

"Pinky?"

No response.

"Pinky!"

Still no response.

Everyone rushes to Pinky's house, to find a large .

Crola says, "Let's lift it."

They heave the stone, and find Pinky's flattened body underneath. He is wearing his bright shirt. A quick investigation of his house reveals a shotgun that he must've shined up last night. He won't ever get a chance to use it. You all bury his body in the cemetary.



"Alright, people," says Medicated Lain, "we need to something about this."

"How about we lynch people every day?" Suggests MeMe

"No way!" yells EnderX, "We'll probably just lynch a bunch of innocents!"

"It's Mafia, duh. Lynching is what we HAVE to do." Replies MeMe.

So the town puts together a crude lynching rope, and prepares to begin a new day by lynching someone.

It is Day One. 11 people are alive, it will take 6 votes to try out the new lynching rope.

(Note to roles that get info- I'm sending it right now, wait a few seconds!)

So Gray killed Pink, too bad our vig died. And I'll wait for other people before I start voting.

My RNG brought me to the bottom of the list.

Gray killed Pink? I understand where that's coming from...but I'm a little wary of assuming it to be absolute. As Iammars pointed out, the morning scene makes me look like a control-freak -- something that everyone knows is untrue. Right, folks? Um...?

I think we can be absolutely certain Pinky was killed by who'sever role was grey. The mod made sure to color the words of color names, which leads me to believe that eveyone has a color that mafia offers as a text, there is 13 (besides black) and Cyan was killed beforehand that leaves 12:

Okay, there is no Gray so I don't know how the mod pulled that one off, but I think we say that I'm on the right track. I have the feeling that, for example if Red kills someone (this is all hypothetical, I don't know if there's a red or if he's mafia) then it might say: "So and so died from flames" or something like that.

Speculating about the colours (yes, there is a u in there, just a habit) may not be tremendously helpful to us just because we don't know which colours the mod would consider "dull", as the bad guys have been described in the OP.
For instance, I'm not a huge fan of Olive and think it's quite drab but the mod could find it an invigorating colour.
And wouldn't the fact that the mod was able to create grey text when it is not one of the colours available suggest that he could include any colour at all without limits? I haven't tried change text colour here using colour codes here.....



If that is grey then it means the mod has about 16 million colours at his disposal

You post is very interesting! What about if the colours of mafia are colours that are not in the list, while townies are named only with the colours that crola wrote?
