Deliberately putting the opposite to what someone is/does can be funny, but title also need to be understandable.

Sure, Tazaro is not photogenic at all. The thing about him that's memorable about him though is the fact that he keeps posting pictures which is separate from that.

No, the camera loves him, so he must share his built-like-Adonis body with the rest of the world. "Ridiculously Photogenic" highlights the irony in the vast gap between his delusional world and the general consensus about his appearance.

I didn't get that part from the earlier discussion, just the 'posts a lot of pictures'. It makes a lot more sense now.

I echo this sentiment. Plus Card Tsar is nowhere near as clever or amusing. It's just two separate references slapped together without any real purpose.

It's card [something]. In this case the something is Tsar because it happens to reference something else on MS and it sounds good.

I personally like it as a title, but that might be because for once I know exactly what the title is based on.

Use a reference to Poe's law, it combines both the 'is he serious?' part of his posting and the religiousness part.
