Disturbed one really looks like scum to me, his pressuring of jmo didn't look good. Jmo didn't exactly look good either though. The bigger thing for me is that he's been moving around his votes to whatever the big wagon is. It just looks like he's trying to get attention away from him and get credit from those who are making other wagons.

Bacde actually looked like town to me up to about page 6, then once he got some pressure, he started making awful posts. After reading the jabberwock post that had his earlier posts, I could definately see the reasoning for them thinking he was scum earlier. Of course the bodyguard claim makes me think there is a possibility of him being town, so I don't want to lynch him today.

I agree that absta does seem like scum, but thats mostly gut. Just a slight scumread.

Shamrock seems scum for the same reason everyone else says. Active lurking.

Actually nevermind, I was going to go on more about bacde, but I just realized that I misunderstood his format of his reads. I thought he had put everyone as town and no one as scum, but he did it as more of a meter than a list.

Shamrock hasn't actually posted anywhere since tuesday. He might just be a flake.
If he does post again and it's more useless stuff, I'd be fine with a hammer though.

I've reread most of the game. And I'm thinking absta or mirhawk might be scum, but neither of these are very strong, I was suprised to see the disturbed flip town.
I think we should hold off on lynching bacde for now because if a pr does claim today, he could come in handy if he was indeed a bodyguard.

Cheery Dog seems a little wierd in this game too, in the last game i was in with him, he was a lot more aggressive.

Was I? (mini 1368 right?) I abandoned my day 1 approach after I was put to L-1 and nothing was happening in that game. Are you saying I should be going out hard against a random vote's reasoning as a reaction test? (because I'm never doing that again, it just fails epically every time, and I've seen other people do the same thing and have the same thing happen to them)

Yes, that's the game I was talking about, and thats not what I'm saying, it's just that it's a complete turnaround from that game up until your post 453. You didn't seem to wanted to say anything about the more popular cases, such as shamrock or bacde.

Alright so in looking at the Shamrock wagon, I feel like Melmond is our most likely scum here. His 319 gives Shamrock an out (flake, not scum), but still shows what I read as false support of the wagon. In 334, he totally pulls the breaks and tries to get a replacement in the slot, knowing full well that a majority of the case against Shamrock was lurking based, and that a replacement could probably survive the situation.

People have expressed town motivation for these posts, but honestly I feel like it benefits scum buddy Melmond a hell of a lot more than concerned townie Melmond. Busing for town cred would have given him minimal benefit at that point, and he had a LOT to gain from getting a replacement in to the game.

This is especially true given that on his day 1 reads list, Shamrock is put as the scummiest slot (and I feel that list is indeed in order because absta, who is his "slightly" scummy read, is at the other end of it) yet he votes for Disturbed. The FoS scumbuddy, vote townie is almost ubiquitous in my experience, especially on day 1.

He wasn't present during much of day 1, but he pretty much didn't scum hunt at ALL. One catchup post explaining his reads, going back on his Bacdescum read, then trying to put breaks on the Shamrock wagon is all he had.

His day 2 content is likewise very non committal, and his complete lack of useful votes this entire game worries me.

Yeah, he's our best bet right now.

I think we got pretty lucky with the way Shamrock flipped. It really could have gone either way. I've seen lurkers flip town just as much if not more than scum. Other than lurking, the case on him wasn't very good.
Post 216 is the only one that really didn't sit well with me, because it didn't feel right.
Also the reads weren't in order. Shamrock and Disturbed one were somewhat close, but I did vote disturbed one. Also, in the town reads, you would have been above nacho.

Also, I don't think jmo is scum. He seems pretty much the same as the last game I was in with him, and he was town in that game too. He just has a habit of saying things that get him in trouble/joking/getting emotional.

I never retracted him. What I said was that I had a misunderstanding about another thing having to do with his reads, so I wasn't going to make that post about it. He's still scum to me.

Both of your cases on me suck. Ices case is just a bunch of wifom, and jabberwock just"didn't like my opening content" and hasn't said what they meant about the vote on me being "mostly a placeholder, but never just a placeholder"

That, and I like how you're focused on "your cases suck, let's ask what you think of person X instead of giving my own opinion about person X at present or even comment on the claim shenanigans".

I already said what I think of absta, that along with how he's only focusing on nacho, doesn't have a single scumread. I really think he's scum.
As for the claims, Iceninjas is true I'm sure, because I don't see any reason for scum to claim a pr at a time like this, and I've already said that I think Bacde is scum, this makes it just that much more likely.
