This feels like a fake dumb tell, especially considering you were in ny160 which had 15 people with a 3 person scum team and an sk.

What is this? N has seen me as Town and as scum, he has been my scumbuddy, and this is all he has to say about me so far. I ask him for reads, he gives an empty Nacho read and doesn't do anything else. It's hollow, doesn't have any meat, and doesn't feel like the Town-N-pissed-off-at-the-game in general that I know and love. THAT N is participative, throws his weight behind what he believes in, does stuff. This feels much closer to the lurkerscum N that occasionally snipes in with a pretense at weak commentary.

I've noticed in quite a few of my games I've alienated people and gotten myself mislynched, so I'm trying a new thing. I'm not sure what you're exactly expecting from me (have you gotten my meta mixed up with someone else's?), but I can go through the whole thread and make snarky comments if you'd like?

Okay, I actually went through the whole thread and commented on a bunch of things, but then when I tried to preview it and got a 500 error. Then I pressed back and everything I had written had disappeared. So fuck doing it again, but my favourite bits were implying Shadoweh was unfamiliar with how the alphabet works for 26 and calling Nacho a creeper for 251. Also, penguin_alien is a girl.

Out of those on my wagon, I think CTD's jump on was the worst, followed by Empire's. I don't know whether I just don't understand how my own meta is seen or whether Teirce and Empire are cherry-picking parts of it that suit their case.

On the other hand, Teirce's build up to voting for me is to be expected, but she does actually understand her own meta so that doesn't mean anything. I actually doubt that she'll be moving her vote again today. (I mean that the way she built up to her vote is usual for her, not that she voted for me; that's debatable.)

I wrote a whole wall of reads in marketplace mafia, but I was on my ipad and accidentally hit the "x" instead of the tab and had to rewrite the entire thing. However, every time that I can remember someone claiming to have just written a big huge post that got eaten and they weren't going to rewrite it, it's been scum.

I can't link the relevant posts right now but I urge you to go through his ISO again. It's largely contentless, he's been generally evasive when asked easy questions (e.g., check his response to my asking what he thinks about Vi's vote on him), the few reads he has given are patent bullshit (e.g., the penguin/Konowa read, which is not only transparently BS, but didn't answer the question asked about his view on penguin's alignment) and he's now spent the last few days sniping at easy shit in lieu of actually scumhunting which fits his scum meta (see: Black Flag).

Which town game are you comparing that to? Because, if it's NY160, I hate to tell you that no matter how hard you and Regfan townread me in that game, I was actually scum. If only there was some more recent game the two of us played together in which we were both town...

N's play was different than one scum game I played with him--hardly conclusive, only enough for me to want to see how his play here evolved. During the intervening time, he made nine posts that were even less scum-hunty. I changed my mind based on new evidence.

I just want on this up: I didn't suddenly decide to change how I played in this game; I've been trying to mix things up for a few games now, with mixed results.

The biggest thing about Empire is how different he's playing here compared to other games I've been in/read. I've never seen him post so many one-liners. I just had a quick look though his topics, and the only scum game I noticed was Micro 42, where he was playing as an alt.
