I couldnt find any games that you had finishecd in which you where maffia, do you have another account? Or are you a new player?

I've played Mafia IRL before and on some other forums. I've only finished one game here (Newbie 1319, which finished up a few days ago incidentally).

About halfway through the thread right now... something Jason said stood out to me but I'll get to that when I finish reading.

seriously there is no point to continuing today i would prefer to re-do RVS tomorrow in a 6v1 setting then have to drag this (what will soon be) WIFOMic ball of crap of a day on.

P-Edit: thing is it could sway enough people off him that we have to hunt a second player, a lot of players (myself included) wouldn't lynch a PR claim.

Yet you seemed rather content to keep your vote on Mr. Z after he claimed to be the jailkeeper.

Also, in post 78 you disagreed with Mr. Z's vote on reham because

You and Mr. E are probably town, Ms Marangal is NLT, Cybertronix and Jason are null, and BEF is NLS. No concrete scumreads just yet; I might do ISOs tomorrow and see if anyone stands out in particular.

Apologies for not being online earlier today... I try to get on once every 24 hours at least.

BEF's posts do strike me as a tad sycophantic... almost every change of vote you make is based on someone else's opinion.

You unvote after Ribbit defends him, vote for Mr. Z after Jason posts his argument, then vote for Mr. E because Mr. Z listed Mr. E as scum. (Well, technically he didn't but whatever.)

[An aside-- dead townies are just as likely to be misled as live townies. If Player A is suspicious of Player B and Player A is later lynched and flips town, that doesn't lend any credence to Player A's suspicions.]

I just can't wrap my head around why you'd say that you'd rescind your vote for someone if they claimed a PR, then go out of your way to explain why Mister Z was obviously fakeclaiming jailkeeper a few posts later.

Honestly, I think you're scum going after anyone you think might have a power role... which I think would explain your sudden change of heart re: reham quite well.

I would be very, very surprised if both you and BEF turned out to be innocent and not at all surprised if you two turned out to be the scumpair. I'd personally like to hear more from BEF before I change my vote over to him, though, so for now my vote stays on you.

I saw this too. But Jason did say he would rescind if they claimed “a” PR not “any” PR, later he explained they he would have rescinded if MrZ claimed doctor.

Schrodinger's gun. If Mr. Z had claimed doctor, Jason would have said that he was obviously scum trying to bait out the town doctor before he died. And if Mr. Z claimed cop, Jason would have claimed that Mr. Z was scum trying to bait the protective roles into targeting him.

Of course, I know Jason's going to say that obviously he wasn't going to say what the most convenient claim was because it was a reaction test. But I don't believe him, unfortunately.

Personally, I think Jason is more likely to be scum than you, BEF. But I'd still be content with hammering you.

Also, Cyber, please don't promise content and then never deliver? I understand your life is busy but you did this in the last game I played with you as well and it's sort of frustrating.

Good game, although I wasn't around for very long. I healed Mr. E N2, although I was pretty sure the mafia had figured my alignment out by that point and I would receive the NK. Not sure who reham healed N1, though.
