Alright, read the thread (as in sorta skimmed it and skipped a lot of Shawn and Sakura's posts). Will be rereading deeper later, along with analysis of interactions.

Right now my top suspect is Marangal. I've yet to look over the ISO though so give me a while to consolidate my thoughts.

I think 107, 324, and 712 are bad and he should feel bad (seems to care way too much about his image). Had a pretty high scumread on him mid day 1 but now he's moved to null, as I can easily see a newbie doing pretty much everything he's done here, including the 'paranoia'.

On you, Marangal, I can see the parts that are just playstyle but what worries me is that you were just pointing out all the towns throughout Day 1, only settling on Shawn (and then switching to TIP and resettling on Shawn) after the wagon formed on him. Seems very sheepy to me, trying to help with the wagon without being blamed for it. I've tried looking over meta but unfortunately this sort of play isn't common for you, town or scum.

Hey, not sure about your guys's opinions on this, but may I suggest hypocopping/hypotracking? According to setup there is definitely either a cop or a tracker. The only problem I'd see is that the mafia know which one it is, so we'd have to say something for both.

I want to know exactly why Monty is scum (post #s if possible). I can easily see his actions and mind changing coming from town, as I had basically the exact thoughts as he has had while reading day 1.

really really suck.

Looks like noobscum play to me. The whole 'not reading the thread' is a playstyle tell though, not indicative of alignment. So that makes Commando and Marangal my top suspects.

Sorry for the triple post (still finding new stuff to look at in the game). I think a more experienced scum would be the type to really think about how his opinions might generate criticism, so I'll have to strongly disagree with the NL coming from town. Disagreeing with the first sentence as well, I'd like it if you'd explain this more. Because a lot of his posts seem to just want to criticise the IC, with the NL being so that he gets cred for going against the Shawn lynch (switching back when people were wondering why he wanted NL).

Sorry, I should have explained myself there. Generally blaming the guy who started a wagon is setting things up for a huge WIFOM debate, and it looks like he's just grasping at reasons to attack the IC. It goes nicely with the 2nd post I indicated. No experienced scum would try to do that as they know it's a bad reason to suspect someone, so I think it's noobscum play.

What do I look for? Generally behaviour overall more than specific wording of posts. Who people suspect and for what reasons, how they interact and see those around them. I also tend to look at meta but I obviously won't be able to do much of that this game.
