quiet suburb of a small peaceful--*BOOM!*

Things had been going so well. Life was good. The suburb was flourishing. The area had wonderful scenery, a temperate environment, mild weather, well-maintained roads and sidewalks, and an overall extremely interactive community. The people were close together, and the streets were safe.
...However, with such wealth to be had in such a small community, trouble is bound to arise. Through a combination of greed and boredom, many youths have been drawn into the criminal life.
Vandalism has started to spread.
Violence devastates the roads.
An all-out war for turf has emerged, and the good townsfolk have been paying for it. Good people have begun to move out, and in their place, detestable individuals of questionable backgrounds have moved in to further corrupt the previously golden streets into piles of mud.
An abundance of illegal substances have begun to be sold. Alcohol and weed are being sold to minors, who are sinking more and more of their parents' savings into them.
And the parents themselves have had to pay for it, lowering their standards and sometimes becoming a part of this business.
Whispers abound, that the mafia have moved in.
"This has to stop." Someone says.
And everyone agrees. The maniacal streets must be returned to their order. Those still sharing a tight community bond decide it's about time to step up, and take action.
They would rid their neighborhood of these criminals. And this small band of twenty-five key community members would--
