A few early thoughts and whatnot from a hungover Irishman:

Darq - Hasn't really posted too much but has been online and seems to be lurking. I find this activity suspicious. I'd watch out for the quiet ones who sit back and let the others who may actually be townies tie themselves in knots heaping suspicions on themselves.

Another lurker. I suspect one of the mafia will be one of our lurkers and another will probably be either the most active or the second most active poster who spends their rime dodging suspicion and my bus their partner as a technique to hide his/her scummyness.

Derivan - seems to be approaching this quite logically which I approve of. That being said I dont agree with the suspicions of Fegelein and Jason for trying to vote of the most experienced as a scummy move. Just because you have been around for a while doesnt make you a good player automatically. I think it was more voting for them to get a feeling on their reactions and then compare it to other games they've played.

TheGarantula - Another logical player. I would tend to agree with most of what you have posted. Getting a town read for the time being.

JasonWazza - getting very defensive is a bit of a red flag but I like this spat between Jason and Derivan

Cabd - Active until people called him up on his 'joke' and then disappeared for a few hours to think things over? Tbh I'm getting a bit of a scum read here. I agree with the bussing comment that someone made.

Fegelein - semi experienced player and your later non burnout related posts make sense.

Anyway, here's my read on the players:

Darq - Hardly active, 2 posts don't tell much. Possibly lurking, a scum trait.

Derivan - Not very active either, possibly lurking a little bit, but not sure. Leaning scum

goodmorning - Town read, pretty helpful scum-hunting and all.

Cabd - Not sure, some scummy behavior and some town-like behavior

Guyett - An interesting character. Seems like a newb but doesn't play so newb-ishly at sometimes

JasonWuzza - An interesting playing style, gets mad a lot. I don't know why you are voting me for saying that I was reaction testing, possibly a bandwagon, but I'm not sure. Leaning scum

TheGarantula - Like goodmorning, helpful, town read

Fegelein - Helpful, leaning towards town at this point.


These are just my opinions as of now. I will re-read the thread and re-evaluate.

Go look up sakura hana's scumslip in day one of Max Steel, the newbie game that just recently finished. Same thing, reads list with one read worded in a different language than the others.

Here are my current reads:

JasonWuzza: I read his meta and he does play this style, so he is probably town. However, he is trying to point out that this is the way he plays when he is town, which seems a bit strange.

Darq's replacement rgxv or something: not much said, but did unvote. No read.

goodmorning: I am getting a town read, null at worst. This is because of the scumhunting done and that it looks genuine.

Fegelein: plays like goodmorning, kind of. Same as what I said about goodmorning, but at a little lesser degree.

Derivan: appears a little scummy and lurking quite a bit, but I don't understand why Fegelein is pushing for a lynch on him.

Guyett: has some scummy traits, but more town aspects. Null

Cabd: There seems to be a huge wagon on him and I kind of understand it, but it seems a little over. However, he does look a little scummy

TheGarantula: plays like pro-town, but sometimes his reasoning is a bit flawed. However, he does not appear particularly scummy to me.

The reason that I am not voting anyone is because I don't see anyone THAT scummy.

Derivan: he actually posted some stuff that was useful. My scumread on him was basically trying to post more and be more helpful, which he started doing.

Cabd: I knew there was probably gonna be a big wagon on him, and I didn't want to start the wagon.

JasonWuzza: my previous votes on him were mostly OMGUS because I was mad and scared that he voted me. After looking at his posts a bit more, he is looking a little less scummy.

On the other hand, the more I read Guyett's posts, the scummier he looks for some reason. It is mostly a gut feeling, but for some reason I think Guyett is scum.
