I am rejecting this /in only because I have had someone already express interest in the Virgo slot. If they change their mind, I'll be happy to honor it again. Sorry, gameplay!

Just realized that the virgo slot is not occupied by a pre-/in. Do you intend to effectively extend your number of pre-/in's by rejecting everyone who hasn't "expressed interest"? I understand rejecting people based on sign if that slot is actually taken, but applying this to unfilled slots just because someone has expressed interest is dodgy, imo. And certainly not gameplay motivated.

You are not doing anything to improve the chances of getting your game filled by rejecting players with the correct sign wanting to fill an unoccupied slot though.

And I still fail to see for what purpose you are doing it other than to moderate a quasi-invitational.

I'm not going to debate you further on this. I think this is an interesting theme and (shaping up to be) an interesting player list and I'd like to play, but if I can't so be it.

I don't know why people are getting up in arms about this. If someone inquired about being in a game a week before I did and would have in'ed if it were possible I'd let them have the spot. They beat me to it and you have to factor in the idea that they have been waiting for this sign up and would be disappointed immensely. . It's the considerate thing to do

I am slightly miffed that you're passive-aggressively accusing me of being inconsiderate for signing up before you did. The queue system is first come, first serve and pre-/ins are limited for a reason.

You could have shot me a PM asking me to give up the slot and I wouldn't have thought two seconds about it.
