There's at least one flaw in that line of thought, unfortunately.

1) That quote doesn't reconcile the player who isn't eager to lob votes.
2) Withholding your vote is worlds apart from sheeping another's.
3) By holding your vote, you can't unknowingly sheep Scum or SK.

Working 16-hour shift now.
