I admit my opening is awkward ..... This is bc I am trying to find my voice ( style) . I am a goofy/ easy going guy so my openings are more than likely from now on going to be goofy and awkward.

As-far as my question it was to help figure out the vote on Mac ( ie is the vote leaning toward being scummy or being town). Unless it is a RVS or a joke vote, I feel a bit suspicious toward him.

a couple game where scum have used my newness as way to get an easy lynch. This might not be the case but I think I should make sure.

This is how I see it....if he is town than he set up a test that was weak in order to catch scum or at least try to look like he trying to catch scum. If he is scum he set up a trap to ensnare a townie. I can not see any other possibility. If there are I am willing to listen . I admit I might have a narrow perspective on this bc I am involved. Still I am not unwilling to listen for rational explanations.

second off I have played several games so I know all roles comes in in your inbox. This includes town roles , scum roles and third party roles. To say that that i am scum bc I answered his question without saying that town do not get their message in their inbox and not through PM is just ridiculous. Not to mention the thing about the blue townie. Than to push it as absolute fact that I scum bc of this is scummy. Maybe I dont have the experience of playing with Kaze to know if this is his norm but from my experience this seems very suspicious . I guess it is him pushing this idea more than the test to be scummy ....especially since the test results have been proven unreliable.

It does not seem he has much of a case so he pushing the idea that I am scum based on a test . it feels like he keep repeating the same thing over and over again hoping it will stick.

As far as being defensive... I guess I was a bit. Mainly frustrated bc I was being accused of being scum with very weak argument and people were buying it. Yes being defensive is one sign of possible scumdown. However Town can be defensive as well

I can see where you coming from... Honestly I do not feel I have been awkward except for my first post. Can you show where I was being awkward.
There no absolute...until a player flips however if you push someone as being scum as hard as Kaze did means that you believe that he/ she is scum beyond a reasonable doubt. To push with weak unreliable evidence makes a person suspect. i don't care if he was pushing on me or another player.

Can you give me a good reason why I should believe Kaze is town?

I dont know but everything I am reading from Kaze makes me think that he is more likely than not a townie that is stuck in a tunnel. His reads sounds like someone who has convinced himself I am scum and is unable to see any other possibilities no matter how much the evidence points the other way. This is what i am getting from his recent posts I guess he could be scum but I am leaning town .

maybe it is me but Kaze seems a bit dodgy in the respect that never really answers the questions he asked. His answers kind of seem to be almost non answers. . He also seems to throw scum cases against people without much explanations ( his case against me being the exception)Even that was pretty weak

As for Minami, it's their recent aggressive attitude, their general lurkiness, and the lack of voting except their three consecutive posts (130, 170, 234) where they very rapidly shifted their votes for very bad/little reasoning.

But as I said, I've been busy, but I've been reading and paying attention to this game.

I honestly find this poor reason to read me as scum.... I have been very active and have been scum hunting so I would think you could get a decent read on me. Plus scum read is more than votes you put on people. I would think that you know that.

The reason for my turn around for both Kaze and Orcinus is Kaze's claim. I tend to believe him.

One reason is the time and circumstance of the claim. Yes scum could claim but I find it very unlikely they would do it in the way he did and the time he did, This makes me believe he is the town stalker. I could be wrong but I would be very very surpprised if he flipped scum. I am 95% sure both are townies

The other reason is the way he answers the question when asked why he believed Orcinus was town. He basically said because he is. I believe this was bc he couldnt think of a reason and didnt want to claim. He knew Orcinus was town but didnt know how to express that.

The whole point of the game is to find, and lynch scum as town and to be able to deceive town long enough to win the game and lynch enough townies as scum. Right now I think that Ruffling, MafiaSSK , Myko and Pit are the best options for wagon

I am not sure about Myko... I did not like Mara overall playing. It just seem scummy. Not only that but Myko at first did not seem to follow his meta which seems pretty calm and reserved . He seemed to calm down a bit.... ( it was an effort to find meta on him.) He has alot of non game posts...ie Mish Mash general discussion etc. He also modded several games.

This is likely the last I'm going to say about Tammy for awhile.

Scum Tammy is known to occasionally make a crap case on someone early on to appear to be scum hunting. That is what she's done here. She never believed her own case. However, she was quite adamant about her read. Look at this:

Holy shit. You're scum.

There was no reason to make such a statement as she had been saying all along that I was scum. I would have expected 'That was incredibly scummy' or some such. Not a statement that boils down to 'OMG, The Rufflig is actually scum!' Which proves her initial case was BS. At this point, if she had been on me for a reaction, she would have abandoned her initial case and just focused on what she found scummy. She didn't. She repeated her made up case on me as part of her new case. This isn't a townie mind set.

Obviously, all of that requires that this is multiball or there is a third party of some sort in play. The truth of that is likely to become apparent tomorrow. If I get lynched, I'd like you to remember this and look into Tammy tomorrow.

Yes, I know I come off badly on defense. It's something that I get to do maybe once a year, so I'm terrible at it. The last time was last December (as town) and I didn't do all that much better than this. Me being bad on defense is simply that - I'm bad at it.

Even if it was not if you check my explanation with the post it pretty clear that the reason I give matches up with the stated post. The second reason given is that I asked questions instead of just blasting out accusation. He is basically basing me being scum based on a play style. I have been pretty consistent with the way I have played. I asked question and based on the answers I decided whether or not I should peruse a case against someone. I have tried to make cases against people I thought were scummy. He said my post are scummy but does not says how. What about my post that makes them scummy.
I admit I am awkward but this is normal for me. I even admitted this before. Maybe it is just me but it seems that he knows I am awkward and hopes to get an easy lynch by taking my words out of context or trying to portray my awkwardness as scummy

- My problem with Mara was that she was not only defensive and stand-offish but was excessively so.

- She admit lurking which is not scummy per-say but tried to frame her lurking as being okay but No Hana as scummy

- Her vote on Ornicus really seems like a OMGUS or perhaps a way to take attention away from herself.( I am talking pre meltdown)

-I do not know what to make of her meltdown since I seen both scum and tell meltdown before. I am guessing it was a scum meltdown since I believe with my heart


Also if the cop wants to investigate me I am fine with that. I welcome it.

Been thinking about things and I concluded that Myko has been showing some of the classics signs of tunneling . He focused on 1 player to target. His argument are weak and he put his vote on a player that does not seem likely to get lynched. I could be wrong and I would like some feed back. There are some aspects I see as scummy so i wont take back my vote as yet.

That was interesting. The first thing i noticed is that in the STD game he tended to asks question along side of making his cases. He also tended to interact and tried to bounce cases off other players, He also seemed less aggressive and less defensive in his action and tone than here. Is a lurker which is not necessarily scummy. When she is active she tends to pick players that seem like easy target ie low hanging fruit. She also seems to pick out points that she can easily twist to make the statements to look scummy.

1) To me the statement was not forced at all. I was stating what was on the top of my head... Something that I have done all game. I am very impulsive, even to a fault. I tend to say things and do things that might be consider scummy by some. My scum game is far more forced bc I am trying to act townie. I have hard time trying to force a read on somebody.

2) Going by my writing style wont help. I tend to be clumsy in my wording both as town as well as scum. My over all tone is a good tell. As scum I am forced to fake read and fake make a case. This is something i am not good at. As far as I know my scum is probably less awkward in tone bc I being super careful. I do know that I feel more confidence in making cases etc. This is not to say i am not still awkward maybe just less so.

3) I have not played with her before. I am basing my thought on how a normal player would act while under attack. This is to say what the general norm is. i know that it is not perfect. I try to give a bit of leniency knowing that its natural to be a bit defensive while under suspicion .

4) I will try to find it. I am not sure if i got some of Mafia and Mara post mixed up. If i did I will happily post that what had happen.

Almost all games has a investigator role. Doctors can also be common but less common than a cop ,tracker ,etc . I have not seen a game without some type of investigator role

I know that You are Asch the Bloody. It was pretty easy to figure out. The vig role does not make 100 % sense but from what I learned from deathnote the game sometimes is not always what it seems . I also am aware of the biggest gaps between my scum and town meta and it's not beyond me to play closer to my town meta should ffery be in the game. I dont think that both Ruff and No Hana are scum. Two scum claiming an investigator role would be ridiculously dumb. If I had to speculate .. I would say that either one is scum and the other is town or both are town. I would gues the former than the latter.

All i know there are 9 townies ..... 2 are absolutely cobfirmed as town. Kaze ( by Mod confirmed) and me by ( PM confirmed) That means that atleast 2 maybe 3 are lying there butts off. ) Scum you better NK kill me bc if you dont I promise that I will hunt you down and throw your sorry selves into the abyss......

God general is the baddies in the series. This does not necessarily mean Ruff is scum bc there's another bad guy named the Mohah or something like that. The problem is we dont know if that character is in the game.

I am confused by the Tammy NK.... Vendor seemed to be a total useless role. I would think that they would kill No Hana bc she seems to be the most dangerous. She could Jail keep / perform a JOAT act,
As for the neighborhood there either a scum there or the scum want us to believe there were> Not sure which one.

- I think that Deacon was a reviver. It fit well with the character since Jade was secretly bring soldiers back from the dead in the TOTA mythos. Also a necromancer could be a type of reviver
_ i think that it is very possible that if Deacon could bring a person from the dead that person would flip scum after being revived. I seen this variable played out in a non mafiascum.net game
- I am thinking that there might be two scum and the third would be the revived player

Actually I actually knew nothing about the series until I started this game.... I however took time to research and learn the mythos. I figured having a background in the series would help me out.

I am wierded out that the scum killed Tammy. This seems like an odd choice. If No Hana claim is true than she would be a dangerous piece to leave on the chessboard. Unless there is something we missed Tammy seemed to have a pointless role.I do not see why they picked Tammy over NO Hana.

Pro Hawk- I find it odd that he has no idea what his job is. Most every game I played here or on another site gives you a clue of what your PR does. If you dont know that a doctor can save people than it is fairly useless. I cant imagine the mod would give someone a role and not give them at least a little clue of what that role does.Plus a motivator is a strange role to have outside a role madness/ ba---- game from what i have read.

No Hana- Not sure what to make of her claims. With the mod confirmed claims we have had it is possible that her statement is true. I am tempted to leave her for the day and try to find the other scum.

Still dont you think if No Hana is a JOAT/ Cop/ JK that this could be a problem for the scum? This is a reason why I think NO Hana could be fake claiming.... I am not sure though

I dont see a town faking such a claim. It would be detrimental to the town. So if she town than that means more likely than not her claims are true.

assuming No Hana is town and there are three than it would mean
