Ketchup time!
Wake's reaction to the cop gambit was boring, more boring than I'd hoped for. I heuristically want to say BB is leaning Town for conducting the gambit to begin with, though, so that's something.
Gamsimbre's 114 is weird because he chooses to agree with Wake's assertion and then Lucky's attackers simultaneously. It's like he's trying to get on everyone's good side and I don't like that.
Aptil's 121 is bad because it's hypocritical. Aptil hadn't commented on any of the content Lucky is supposed to have done himself.
@Zebe (146) - I voted Wake there to see how he'd react to the pressure of a wagon. There was very little reaction, so I was underwhelmed. Relatedly; why did you unvote me when you did and not try to keep up the pressure for when I returned? I know you said you didn't want to wait, but sometimes you have to to get the results you want.
I like Mr Blonde's 254, he came to the same view on Aptil as I did.
Cheery Dog's 318 worries me, the level of confidence gamsimbre is Town on what is later revealed to be just one post probably means that if Cheery is Mafia, gam is actually Town.
I need to put some effort in to reading the higher volume posters at some point, but I can already tell with Wake it's going to be hard.- Kalimar

You have Town-reads on everyone except myself and DP?In post 577, Cheery Dog wrote:

Cheery, what do you think of DP right now? Is there still a reason you're voting him?
There's still not enough content to base a solid read, but with looking at you as possible town, along with my other town reads, there is basically him and kalimar.- Kalimar

Will be back shortly as I want to look at yesterdays wagons again.I thought there was a good chance of there being multiple N1 cops. I'd originally sent in DocP for my own suspicions and then considered changing it to Bo because he was the top suspicion from yesterday but if there was another N1 cop I thought it would be better to target the second top for the possibility of double results.- Kalimar

what makes lucky scummy as opposed to misguided townie if you are town?In post 749, EspeciallyTheLies wrote:Thats pretty interesting lucky. Now then. What will happen when I flip town? Oh thats right, you will hang.
I got my result and lived to share it. My job is done. So go on, Lucky. Tell me how scummy I am.
and your job isn't technically done until the scum die.- Kalimar

@lucky: not a defence of you, more an attempt to gauge ETL's thought process on the matter. content is subjective but to me refers to the assertion and discussion of posts and opinions that advances the gamestate. i have not asserted or discussed a large amount of posts and opinions in this game, and neither has DP. this wasn't my main problem with DP's vote of me: rather I found it hypocritical (and therefore scummy) that someone who has done next to nothing votes me primarily for doing next to nothing.
i'm decently satisfied with ETL's reasoning on her lucky scumread and cop choice. although i think making the second choice cop contingent on another n1 cop existing was a bit odd i'm not sure it's scummy odd just odd.- Kalimar

@zebe: holidays, general lurking tendencies and being disengaged from this game have contributed to me being lurky in this game.
i don't think DBK nightkill speculation is going to lead anywhere useful. if you can explain to me why it might and i agree with your reasoning i will do so for you, however.- Kalimar

it was stating the obvious. of course a cop with a result is going to claim, why wouldn't they?In post 795, BoroPhil wrote:In post 779, Tammy wrote:
Why does Kamilar look town to you? And why is his vote on Kalimar worse than smudger or bb's vote on kalimar? BB, who you were gunning for yesterday? In post 761, BoroPhil wrote: Zebe and Dr Pepper stayed resolutely on DBK.
ETL, Mr Blonde and Lucky stayed resolutely on Cheery.
Not sure if this essentially proves my case wrong with Zebe/ETL being there, but worth a discussion at least. and again means that we have to discuss the possibility of ETL/Zebe being scum together.
Vote for now is based on the above, his lack of anything else yesterday and a horrible vote on Kalimar today who looks town to me based on yesterday.
VOTE: DoctorPepper
mainly his 417, where he arrived at some similar conclusions to me, particularly on Aptil. However, I agreee with BB that Aptil's 791 was good,In post 780, Tammy wrote:
Why is a kalimar vote dreadful? I think it's a wonderful vote.In post 770, BoroPhil wrote:basically two dreadful votes.
here is a question. if your day one gambit was so obviously town, why are you still alive?although possibly stating the obvious? It did seem helpful though.
Vote was on Dr Pepper for a combination of reasons as per above. Could easily get on a Smudger vote though, BB now to a lesser extent.
i can sort of jive with the idea of scum not necessarily wanting to fakeclaim this early, but that's more a high risk-reward thing. the average scumplayer won't play to subvert expectations, so it makes sense heuristically that a fakeclaim would come later.- Kalimar

Hypocrisy is more likely to come from scum for the reason that it shows a shallow level of thinking. If Person A accuses Person B of being scummy for Action X, but is also doing Action X themself, on the face of it why is it scummy for one person but not the other? In post 848, DoctorPepper wrote:

2. I dont see why you thinking ETL would see a second cop possibility and that first cop may have made the first choice to investigate anyway?
That doesn't necessarily mean the action isn't scummy for that particular person. A certain level of context-dependence takes place when evaluating the potency of any scum read.
In your case, I didn't feel as though the context-dependence was there.
Please rephrase the other question as I didn't quite understand it as currently posed.- Kalimar

Hi, Fusion! In post 887, Fusion wrote:Kalimar on the other hand is coasting through. Just look at his last post. It comes two days after his previous post.
