Your original post about Rule 6 being unfair to the Mafia seemed suspicious at the time. Then when zMuffin posted that you were town without stating a reason, their seemed to be a possibility you were in league.

I voted for zMuffin, because his defense of Katsuki seemed to suggest they were scum. However, it does make more since for the Mafia to talk about it in private, since they have day talk. So I figure it was more someone concerned about the games balance, then a pro-scum post. So my accusation against zMuffin is no longer valid.

I don't really see anything out of the norm from Ross. He asked a few questions. Had a breif convo with Selkies about easy lynches, seems more like different playstyles then anything else. My first post was more of a guess then anything, it was early in the game and I didn't have any strong reads on anyone, so I just sorta threw it out there.

The second post was simply stating the people I thought were most likely scum. I understand where that can seem scummy as i didn't have any definite reason for my votes.

At first muffin didn't want to expose us and Ik did, so I was leaning towards muffin as scum, which is part of the reason I originally voted him and later unvoted. Then Ik thought muffin had made a scum slip and they discussed that for a while until the mod sorted things out. Muffin has talked some about why he wants to lynch selkies and has given me a few pointers. Ik dislikes Katsukis play style and doesn't know how to read hydras. Now it seems that Ik is out to get me.

Seems like i have a wagon on me, and it seems like its nobody's fault but mine for not being particularly active this game. I don't wanna to be lynched today, so here a breakdown of how i see the game so far:

1. MafiaSSK* - 135 ( seemingly blindly accepts a case on katsuki), 166 (another blind acceptance of a selkies lynch), 231 (gets convinced by selkies of a muffin lynch) 236 and 914 (defends aronis the first time, then jumps on the lynch)

over 100 plus posts with almost no content, multiple vote shifts with little to no justification except for blindly accepting other arguments. 270 is the only semblance of scumhunting

SSK is one of my scum reads

2. Cabd - town; seems to be scumhunting in earnest

3. Selkies(fferyllt+orcinus_theoriginal) - null; not sure about selkies. Still adjusting to hydras

4. zMuffinMan - null leaning town; his playstyle is very foreign to me, a lot of his posts lack justification, but it seems as if he reserves his reasoning for posts like 590. out of the three in the neighborhood, he is 2nd most likely to be town imo (after IK and before aronis)

D1, I was unsure of things, the early phases really caught me off guard and I was put on the defensive, so I sort of panicked and just ended up making things worse, so I tried to coast and survive, which didn't really work. Then once we lynched Ross, I went back and skimmed through the game again, in the meantime I completed and won my first game on here. And I tried to start d2 very aggressively, confidently, and with nothing to lose and so far it's worked.

so first off, in reading newbies like aronis, you don't attack their scumhunting. they don't know how--that's what makes them new.

so even though i think that their cases on basically everyone sucks, we discount them for the purposes of reading his alignment.

the bits that are telling for me are a lot of his awkward moments. i think that awkwardness is the most telling bit for new scum players. take fuzzy in last tales game--a bit off in his thought process for sure, but his posts had trajectory.

this post, tbh, comprises much more of my scumread on aronis than it should. assuming he's scum, if I were a newbie in aronis' shoes, I'd be pretty satisfied with my scumplay. I think that this response demonstrates perfectly that he feels that being lynched would be unfair and undeserving wrt his play, which is perfectly in-line with this narrative. This fits much more in aronis-scum model than it does with aronis-town.

a lot of aronis' play this game can be described as overeager, which is a trait in newbies that can swing to both alignments. fuzzy was overeager as fuck. aronis displays the same, but there is a lot less town motivation in his overeagerness. his dayvig claim had no plan behind it--like, even early-

also the whole ordeal with the dishing out of "town points" really just seems like scum getting into a rut because they don't know what to say.

1. You're a self-professed newbie. Where did you see it happen?
2. That would take balls of granite, and would put Cabd (who nobody really seemed to profess as scumread on) in unnecessary spotlight. This alone makes it unlikely.
3. This conclusion is not supported by Cabd's earlier mention of a no-kill gambit in response to my statement that SSK could be cleared by blocking a scumkill. In other words, Cabd is not shoring up any sort of town credit for SSK based on SSK's claim, which he would want to do following your theory.
4. This sounds like an attempt to deflect attention.

So either there was a Town Doc and Cop and Scum Blocker or just the doctor. So D2 he claimed cop saying who he had investigated. So he called out his scum partner as scum and we lynched them basically confirming him. Then he was RB every night afterwords and convinced the town to lynch me and others to win.

It's unlikely which makes it the perfect scum strategy.

With last night, I have no clue. I'd go with SSK as town and that's it, my reads were shredded to bits. Really I'd feel most confident with a Selkies lynch, then if that doesn't work, I'd flip the tables and take out one of the town block, IMO. We're at 7-3 now, so with a mislynch today, tomorrow would be 5-3. We have to lynch scum eventually.
