Distinguished philanthropist Natirasha was released from police custody after a three month court hearing regarding some inflammatory speech he said in the private residence of Professor V. Valor. In exchange for not undergoing prisontime, he instead takes thirteen orphans under his care, to educate them

and harvest their organs in a macabre game...

Rules of Engagement

Stolen from myself, mostly.

0. Obey all site rules.

1. Each day will last a number of days equal to 1.2 times the number of living players, to a maximum of fourteen days and minimum of seven days. IF I grant deadlines, it will be as I see fit.

2. I will prod a player after fourty-eight hours without posting. If a player accumulates three prods in a game, I will replace that player.
3. If you need to go on V/LA for whatever reason, please PM me for how long. You will have until twenty-four hours after that date to post again.
4. Voting is to be done in either bold text or vote brackets. I will not count any attempts to vote that are not in one of those two formats. Unvotes are not required.
5. A lynch is achieved when half of the living players, rounded down plus one have voted for a player. Once that event has happened, all votes are locked and the day will end.

6. If a deadline is achieved and a player has not achieved the majority for lynching, then I will publically role a die with sides equal to the number of living players+No Lynch. Whoever's number is chosen will be killed.

7. Once your dead, your dead. Please do not post anymore. If you were replaced out for whatever reason, please do not post in thread.
8. You may not discuss the game outside this thread with other players involved in the game unless your role specifically says so. If you can, you may only discuss at the quicktopic listed to in your PM.

You may have a 'rant buddy' who is outside the game, but I wish to be informed of their identity for replacement purposes. Don't abuse this.

9. Anyone who is not playing but wishes to commentate on the game may PM for access to a spectator thread. Any player who has died will be given access to the spectator thread.
10. I am not responsible for your mistakes. If you screw up a tag or something, I will not edit it for you. If you have the ability to edit posts, please do not do so.
11. Avatars, titles, signatures, and your location are out-of-game areas.
12. I only allow hydrae if they have a maximum of two heads and are public.
13. Please do not quote out-of-thread communications. This includes any communications between heads of a hydra. I am not afraid to modkill, so do not test me.
14. Players may only use one active ability per phase.
15. Although somewhat divine, I am prone to mistakes. If I miss anything, please PM me and I will resolve the issue as best as possible.
16.

is my color, it would serve you well not to use it.

17. Daytalk is enabled for all factions by default.

Okay, I don't know what to call you people. The State Department said I was going to take care of orphans, not a bunch of twenty-somethings. I would have made sure I had more than one bottle of gin, for one.

While I go figure out what's going on, I guess you can stay here. I definitely expect no "unexpected" deaths. And I will definitely not give each of you $20 if someone is dead when I get back.

I have gotten a couple PMs about this, so I guess I'm clearing this up.

When I posted the ruleset in the sign up thread, I accidentally posted an unrevised version of my ruleset which included the following rule.

18. This game consists of ten town players and exactly three mafia players. There are no third parties.

This was an accident and i edited it out quickly--but some of you have pmed me asking about it, so I'm clearing this up.

This was the only thing edited out of my ruleset. Carry on.

...The room wasn't paying any attention to Natirasha. No, for there was a GIANT TIGER MAN bleeding out in the middle of the room.

"For the love of..." The orphans stood silent, staring at Natirasha. At that moment, the tiger man coughed up two words...

"Get...Help..." Someone put a sock in his mouth.

"Ummm...um...I'm a nurse at the local hospital and I've been here before I was adopted! I'm trustworthy cuz I have a son, too! Parents are intrinsically trustworthy, right?"

No one bought it. Well, most of them. Two dudes were arguing in a corner and one person wasn't even there. But the other five made the man in the straw hat disappear...permanently.

It turns out The Goodfather was neither good or a father.

It was when the morning bell chimed most curiously that everyone realized something: the doors in the Natirasha manor were left unlocked last night.

And, indeed, the hazards of outside had claimed a victim--it seemed Aronis wanted to rattle someone last night with a startling bell.

It was a gruesome reminder to everyone that the true dangers were not those on the inside, but the dangers of outdoors. So they proceeded to burn down the surrounding grounds.

However, poor MafiaSSK was left outside--busy feeding the hounds, he was ignorant of the incendiary command and growing bonfire...until the hounds became HELLHOUNDS and started attacking him...

It was in that moment that Natirasha had an epiphanic moment--SSK...not his old comrade! How had he been living here! He couldn't let such a good friend die in a way such as this! With an unfurling of his wing, Natirasha once again took flight...

As they flew off into the sunset, the scorched man said "I always knew you'd come and save me, Nati-chan!"

"Good evening, children. I am Detective Brunch, and I am here to take you all away--Natirasha is clearly unfit to be around chil----"

"...Ninjas, take this murderer away!" Brunch turned to Guyett.

"Now, I admit, I feel bad for involving you in all this, but, well, when I saw that that black-hearted soul was being returned to live in the world, well, I just couldn't let him stay out of prison.

And so I concocted a plan with a few of his 'orphans', for a small fee, they would ensure 'accidents' would happen and I could lock Natirasha away forever." Brunch walked over to the clock on the wall, "You might as well come out of your hole, fool."

"Oh, um, hello there..."

"Natirasha, face it, I've got you trapped!"

"Eh, not really." He snapped his fingers and the wall started pulling back...

"I first noticed it after the death of FourTrouble, but this pizza box is actually an extraplanar gate to another dimension! It was child's play for me to turn it into a real portal...one-way of course. And one-use," Natirasha pressed a button, "so, I guess this means farewell, Brunch. I'm glad you had your...fun."

With a pwoosh, the portal buzzed and Natirasha disappeared, forever gone from this world. Brunch pulled out a small, sigiled notepad and smiled, "Good work, Agent Selkies. I see a promotion in your future..."
