actually I give it thoughts and looking at the voting context is a primary thing that goes on where I go. Generally people avoid trying to look bad. Scum tend not to bunch up. This feels to me a situation of exactly what I described. Not being around does not preclude one of scum. Voting context really is irrelevant on that element.
