This post reads as a bit scummy to me. I didn't put any thought into which color I wrote, and it didn't even occur to me that it would matter. This feels like a stretch to out me as a Mafia, but at the same time distance yourself from the accusation by hiding it behind an open minded question.
There's a reason I phrased that as a question instead of an accusation.
On the other hand, you're not accusing me of being scum trying to mislynch you, which should be the obvious first thought of a townie. Instead you're accusing me of being scum trying to 'out you as mafia'. I think you're genuinely worried that this is the case, that I am on the opposing team and jumped onto your 'good luck catching blue team' as some sort of other-team tell.

↑ Espressojet wrote:"Accuse me of being scum" "out me as mafia" are we really going to argue semantics here? It's easy to see my point that I'm making, and there's no reason to twist my words around.
Well yes, because those two sentences say different things and indicate a different POV.

Yup. If you had, it wouldn't have been shit because there's a clear thought process about me running through 29 -> 38 -> 40 -> 46. Molla opened the thread, saw some people suggesting I was scum and hopped on. Moreover I would expect him to know what I was doing -- moving us out of RVS. So yes, shit.- Rubicon

He shouldn't be voting based on the flow of other people's conversation. He should be voting based on his own thought process.- Rubicon

Your focus then seems to shift almost seamlessly to Molla in 60 and 64 - why the rapid shift? Why not place more pressure on George Clooney (Nespresso)? I might be over reading here, but both your posts appear to be throwing mud, without actually pressuring them. Generating dirt on players that can be used later is... interesting.
boon asked me what I thought about my wagon, and then people wanted to talk about molla.
51 is the opposite of defensive so I dunno what to think about you calling it that. if you disagree with it, you should talk about why you disagree.- Rubicon

which is really interesting. Since if you were werewolf in another game and you saw something hunting for WW and not mafia and it seemed like a slip the WW will be more likely to notice it.
that's one of the reasons why I pointed it out. multiball reaction test.- Rubicon

Perhaps defensive is the wrong word; you appear to get into a justification argument for why you think that. Those types of arguments ring bells for me.
I might be overthinking it.
No, I said (or at least implied) that I phrased my original question as a question because it wasn't scummy of him to say "blue team". Then he did something else that is scummy.
Why do you keep saying you 'might be overthinking it'?
Espresso's reaction included a possible scumslip in the phrasing 'out me as mafia'. Molla's jump on was shit. Boonskiies is town. You might be town.
You think its possible that Molla is defending George Clooney? Scum-partnering? I'd like to hear more thoughts on this please.[/quote]
molla is in the category of players whose interactions I don't try to analyze.- Rubicon

explain your reaction test. It looks to me like you were the one who fell for it.
Mr Ree's right, wouldn't the optimal strategy for a reaction test be to wait and see how everybody else reacts instead of reacting to it yourself?
Seems to me like you're just using this as an excuse. What were the other reasons you pointed it out?
start conversation, etc.
If we're hammering me then first we should vote on who I should shoot.- Rubicon

Uh, voting on my target is a second lynch vote and generates twice as much information for me to work with. Probably doubles my odds of hitting scum. And it gives you more to work with tomorrow. (I don't know why you think town-me would make up my mind this early. I'm not a tunneler, and I take being a vig seriously.)
And of course you should be considering the fact I'm town. You're voting to lynch me, you shouldn't be sticking your fingers in your ears and yelling "lalala I won't think about what happens when I'm wrong".- Rubicon

...GRRRRRRRR....
Ok, if nothing new is in development by tomorrow (read: tomorrow aka whenever I feel like browsing after midnight in ~3 hours my time) I will vote him. I'm pretty sure he's scum, but we should continue scumhunting.
Who do you two want me to shoot?- Rubicon

It was actually ZZZX who said scum would be more likely to see a color slip, not Mr_Ree, by the way.Copyright © MafiaScum. All rights reserved.
