I don't do indicative tells like that. I say things as scum that I would say as town. Something big like that I'm obviously self-aware of. Yea, I comment on TvT fights a lot. Why would I do that solely as one alignment?

My problem with tree (and all secret alts, tbh) is that he can hide behind his account to do whatever he wants. He got away with an RVS self vote which, in my experience, rarely go unnoticed. But not one person commented on it because it's simply expected of a secret alt. I know that obviously he chose to play under an alt before receiving a role PM, but it's not the decision that makes it scummy. It's the fact that he opened the game by testing the waters and seeing how much he can get away with.

Removing players from a lynchpool like this and clearly stating it is anti-town at best. One of us is likely to be primed tonight. That being said, as it stands right now (ie, if nothing significant changes before the lynch), the firefighter should definitely be on one of us.

Here's the thing:

I forgot how much I don't like setups with a lack of a kill because you take at least one of my scum hunting tools away from me .

I don't like playing with confirmed town that can't even imagine that they are wrong about their read on me. Like he won't even entertain the idea I'm town. He's playing anti-town as confirmed town. I want him to give me reads and try to read the game which he didn't when he replaced in.

I'm also really really suspicious that bulge is scum , but with your WK'ing on him it makes it nearly impossible, but the worst part is the minute I go back on my notty read from D1 I'm being accused of being scum.
I can't play and probably won't in the future with players that are involved with each other. I had a similar issue with wanting to strangle those playing with those whom they were together with. I found it really hard to haw a discussion with why the other person was or wasn't scum. I try to avoid this , but I should have known better when confirming my prein. I thought maybe you/bulge could seprate outside game feelings in a game.

It's almost lylo and you still have a strong town read on him. I don't get it.

K guys, so I reread the first couple of days and I'm pretty sure Marquis is scum. Here's a wall of text for you:

I see nothing particularly interesting except for notscience being scum.

Marquis begins the game by trying to start a wagon on NS. While this was the beginning of the game, and reads/wagons are not going to have a lot of evidence backing them, what makes this note worthy is how little effort Marquis puts into her read. She basically calls NS scum for no listed reason, and wants a wagon on him. Well, ok, right? It is the beginning of the game after all, early wagons without much backing are pretty common. So what happens when the wagon gets going?

Total 180 on her previous scum read of NS. Again, nothing substantial is given to why Marquis changed her position like that. She asked for a wagon on NS, got a wagon on NS, and proceeded to disband the wagon on NS. Given that this was only a couple pages into the game, and a quick lynch was very unlikely, this seems like an overreaction.

PL Tree comment has already been explained; nothing more to add.

Since notscience and InflatablePie are town, and I'm feeling better about Bins, Malakittens, and Dr Pants, this will be a great lynch for today.

Throughout day 1, Marquis never had strong reads. She flipped from NS to me, then to mala, then to BBT on pretty flimsy reasons. While Marquis was the first vote on the BBT wagon, BBT was so antagonistic towards town that this would make for an easy lynch. It seems like Marquis had to give herself an "excuse" to vote BBT.

I've been prodded.

I want him hammered soon, this is getting old. Today either ends with an active tree stump or a nice and dead arsonist.

This is minor but perhaps notable: Marquis completely disregards the possibility that BBT could have been the fire fighter.

The lack of a death in this setup is making me feel weird about scumhunting.

Marquis hedges on Pie, essentially saying that she hedged on pie/bbt day 1. This vote is also highly convenient given BBT's stance towards Pie.

I like Pie's response a bit, but I also don't like his attempts to explain away certain parts of his ISO that were, in fact, hedging. Just because you admit to it for one post doesn't mean other just as bad instances of it aren't the same thing- hedging.

Essentially, Marquis has had highly convenient reads the entire game. Her reads move around quite a bit, and seem to always align with whichever way the majority happens to be thinking. She needed to post fluff before voting BBT and Majiffy, and pushed both of those lynches despite not doing much actual scum hunting. There are also inconsistencies within Marquis's line of thinking. For example, scum reading NS/sheeping mala, then asking NS to join her on a majiffy wagon.
