yes:

as stated this is mostly open setup

6 towns
2 scums
1 3rd party

there will be 3 guns in play
1 kills
1 knocks out the player
1 is blank

the key gimmick is (and this is where luck and fun comes in) is that all players have a 1 use of HURT: player X where instead of pulling it on themselfs, they can aim it at someone else.

They may also HEAL: gun to spin the chanber and redo the slot, however they must pull at least once then before it can be passed or hurt

scums and 3p will have a little bit of extra info/boosts as well but that will only be known to them.
