Sitechat works in IE, but not in Chrome.

Also, I am able to give people PT access in IE, but not in Chrome.

restart your computer!
uninstall and then reinstall your browser!
uninstall and then reinstall your operating system!
call your internet service provider!

Mmm kind of lost. I know it's a JQuery problem but don't really have an idea on how to fix it anymore. You might just want to put Chrome back to default settings but you'll lose your bookmarks and extensions.

Either your jquery is only partially loaded or you did not post the whole thing.

Try to do a hard refresh to try to reload the file fully.
