Bookmarks and Subscribtions, how?? (Solved)

I don't know how to bookmark/subscribe to topics/forums.
I tried looking for an answer in the FAQ and it said I had to press the "Subscribe forum" or "Subscribe topic" button, but I can't find it x.x
