Account Trouble

I cannot log on to my account. It says "You have been permanently banned from this board.

Please contact the Board Administrator for more information.

A ban has been placed on your username."

When I click on the Board Administrator link, nothing happens. The mod of the game I was playing in links to a post saying that I'm an alt and so was banned. How can this be rectified? I'm not an alt account.

Yeah. The mods should overturn it if ur not an alt.
