Post header ISO link nonworking in Open Setup contest thread

In the 2015 Open Setup Design Contest thread, clicking the ISO link in a post does not bring up the thread's user ISO as it would in other threads. Using the "Display posts by user" function at the bottom of the page works, though. This is also the case in the Forum Rules and Guidelines thread, making me think it's a problem with the announcement threads.
