Discussion forums hidden from view

Ok I noticed something odd. If I log out and view the site as a guest the discussion forums for mafia and general discussion are completly hidden. I don't believe this has ever happened before when i have viewed the site while not logged in. Why is this happening now?

ok that issue is while i am on my work computer and not signed in. If I am at my home computer its fine whether i am guest or signed in. This is a weird issue.

Ah ok makes sence. That issue is now not happening on my work computer so you can consider this issue solved
