I am not stating I or any other player played a perfect game. In fact the game was less than perfect on both sides; however, this was the most notable way the town could have won the game.

Firebringer, with how you played most of your LYLO, you don't really have room to complain about losing.

When your plan in LYLO is to refuse to case your crossvoter (Spiffeh ending up being town aside) and generally reacting to being called scum in a very newbish manner, you're not exactly aiding the town wincon.

I voted myself partially because I was so frustrated at the town completely ignoring all the ridiculous statements Titus made and only focusing on the possibility of me being town. ALSO, SK has no reason to self vote, so the vote in itself proved that I was town, but go ahead and believe what you wish.

Like only reason it makes sense is if you are Jester trying ot get lynched. Anything else it literally goes against your win condition. Thats my opinion though, and self voting is not a thing at all on my homesite.

For the record i'd have still modkilled Fire for the role pm quoting, but i was in a hurry to go to work so i couldn't come to an agreement with pie beforehand, since a game's not over until the mod (in this case us) declare it so

You want to enforce rules just to enforce rules fine, but you should enforce the rules for the reason they were made not because they are just 'there'. The rule was made to prevent breaking the integrity of the game, which was not done at all.

So you modkilling is an excessive use of authority for no reason other than you can.

You should use wise judgement.

If someone gave you a ticket for going 1 mile over the speed limit, would you not question their judgement on the matter?

ftr it's still not acceptable for you to have posted it - if, for instance, town had some way of saving the game after you were lynched then the game *would* have been compromised. it didn't compromise anything here, yes, but the key point is that there was no way of knowing for sure whether it would have compromised the game or not even if it seemed apparent at first glance the game would have ended

I would strongly advise against doing this again, especially because I expect 99% of mods will be less lenient than I was over this.
