I found the option for applying for Speakeasy/GTKAS access before I found out that you had to have 100 posts to be eligible to join. I don't think I hit 100 posts until maybe a month after I applied. However, I hit 100 posts (and got the Goon title, so I think the 100 counted posts were in the right forums) about 10 days ago.

I tried every way I could think of to un-apply, but nothing in User CP > Usergroups seemed to work (I couldn't join because I'd already requested joining and I couldn't resign/demote because my application hadn't been approved).

I understand why my application probably hasn't gone through yet -- I can't expect the mods to constantly check my post count. I just wanted to give the powers that be a heads up the next time they go through the list of applicants.

This is weird. I could see the speakeasy a couple of days ago but can't now.

A mod removed your access. Take it up with them.

Same here, and I was also wondering about this, just out of curiosity.

I applied for access a week ago I think. How long does it take for it to be approved?

I think nine days or so wouldn't be weird, but maybe PM Nexus and Pine if it hasn't happened by tomorrow.
