IP blacklist issue

About 15 minutes ago, when I tried to post from my phone my post was blocked, saying my IP was blacklisted and linking to a site about blocking spam bots. I have never seen this message before, and was able to post from my hotel Wi-Fi fine. I'm completely baffled why my mobile data IP would be blacklisted. Can anyone help?

We use an external service to block spammer IPs, nothing easy we can do about it.

Forgot to say this went away. Still no idea what caused it but not a problem anymore. Thanks anyway.

They remove blocks after a certain period. Someone used your closest phone tower to do something sketchy, they stopped doing it and the block timed out.

Same thing happened to me, but not sure if it has resolved already by this time.
